Didn't figure out my percentage up to now, must be hidden somewhere. I'd like to be provided with a nice certificate that can be used to promote my name & skill on social media (not an expensive printout to hang in my home office). The website itself is horrible - so many crashes, Links resulting in 404, ... Feels like 1996.

Germany | 12 December 2024I found the training documents very good. The main subject for test was listed and the examples underline the contents and make it clear. It would be better getting the official book for PRINCE 2 as PDF than reading online. The bookshelf did not work on Mac, so I have to read online or on my phone. There are a lot of misunderstandings in the exam process and guidelines. The proctor and support people were very smart and patient. I have a lot of problems at the beginning of the test because I could not hear the proctor or only broken. I founded the option “setting” too late, in order to change the microphone of the 360’ webcam to the microphone of the laptop for better hearing. It would be helpful getting a chance to make the setting before speaking with the proctor. It will spare time and don’t make the candidate nervous.

United Kingdom | 12 December 2024It seemed unfair not to have been given advance warning of the exam criteria ahead of booking both the course and exam. I only found out after booking my exam (giving myself 2 days notice) that my laptop was perhaps too small, that I couldn't use my second monitor to help me see better and that my exam room required me to have the entrance door behind me. I was asked by People Cert, if I could borrow a laptop from a neighbour or buy another one, if I could run to a neighbour's house on the day of the exam so that I could sit in a room where my back would be in front of the room door as it wasn't going to be an easy job moving y furniture around in my own room in my own house due to the heavy furniture and the placement of wall sockets for which my laptop needed and desk equipment was all plugged into. This proved quite stressful just before my exam as I relied on my second monitor to give me good visibility of my screen, and my room layout was peaceful and practical for me, and not so easy for me to make so many adjustments that would then need to be reversed an hour later..

Greece | 11 December 2024It was a terrible experience. My son took an online English proficiency exam in Greece. He passed the exam, and the proctor congratulated him. Two days later, he received an email stating that he had committed fraud and was annuled, with no right to retake the exam. I called many times and sent emails asking for an explanation of the basis for the suspicion of fraud, but I never received a response. Absolutely no explanation, and they had labeled my son a fraudster! I called many times and sent various emails, but to no avail. They always told me to send emails, in which they did not provide any explanation. They asked for 80 euros to review the case. I paid, but the disqualification remained, still without the slightest explanation. However, they said that for another 80 euros, an "independent person" could review the case. I paid, knowing my son had not cheated, but again, the disqualification persisted without any explanation. No one even told me the qualifications of this "independent person." Finally, 3 months later, I appealed to the Customer Advocate in Greece. They immediately sent me the exam video and responded to the Customer Advocate that they had considered my son suspicious because he was thinking out whispering and other such nonsense and lies. So, I finally learned the reasons for my son's disqualification, after he had already been permanently disqualified. I never imagined that a supposedly serious company could behave in such a terrible way. To condemn someone for ridiculous reasons without giving them a chance to prove their innocence! And to keep charging money for reviews! Also, In the video they sent me, they continued to record my home through the laptop camera used for the exam for about 10 minutes after the exam ended! So, my wife is seen in shorts, my son celebrating, etc. We are in the 21st century, this is unacceptable!
