used the service about 10 times. always good. this is for travel between Edinburgh and Dundee. always on time, courteous, wear masks on request, don't fuss about open windows (even in winter, good communication. would be nice to be able to click a button and immediately book the same trajectory for different dates.

It is the worst nightmare It was my first time being in UK and I have no idea how to travel to Gloucester, That why I pic 16 seats bus for my big family and big number of suitcases and pay for it. They accepted my payment and arrange the meeting with driver. I took the local flight to Riyadh where I flight to London. Suddenly when I landed in Riyadh they surprised me with journey cancellation!! They canceled it at night while I should arrive London 6:20 am !! Now you can imagine how my children laying down in the airport ground while I am trying to pic another taxi or bus, it was the worst hours in my life because of them And that is not the end of the story! they didn't refund my money yet!! since 20/6/2022 !! when I spoke to them they say the didn't refund they voided my money so I need to chase my bank until I get it!! I am in UK and my bank in Saudi Arabia and they insist it is the bank problem and I should talk to it !!! The money they take still not showing in my account, they said I will see the transaction pended then deleted but that didn't happened and the transaction shows completed and authenticated For summary they canceled my journey while I am on the air without any responsibility, and took my money and the didn't refund me

I have double feeling about this company. On the one hand, the driver arrived on time but as there was a massively long queue at immigration at Gatwick airport, we couldn’t meet at the time fixed beforehand. So the company charged us an extra £30 for the “delay”. The company wants to know the arrival time of a flight but they Don’t consider the time spent between landing, walking half a mile along the terminal, going through Immigration, collecting the luggage and finally getting to the exit. All this took us more than 50 minutes. Result, an extra charge! Luckily, the driver was kind (sorry forgetting his name, sort of Rapin or Ripon, from Bangla desh). The car was clean and the service excellent to our destinacion in central London near Tate Modern. The return service to Gatwick was a little different. The driver arrived a bit late and gave me the sensation he didn’t know the way very well. Especially when we arrived near the airport. He didn’t know the exact place to drop us off near the terminal so we rode the àrea for a while till he finally found it… thanks to MY indications! This driver was from Somalia and I had some difficulties in understanding him. So, the company Is good but surely not the best!

Booked a taxi day before the flight from York to Manchester Airport. Booked it to arrive 1.15am, at 1am I get a text from the driver saying he'll be here at 1.45am. First I thought he had just made a mistake and looked the time wrong. I rang the driver 1.20am to ask where he was. His English wasnt that good but mostly I could understand. He said there had been an accident and he would be here at 1.45am. Rang again at 1.50am and he said he would be here in 30min. I had been reading these reviews while waiting and was feelins suspicious. I asked him where he was but I couldnt understand what he was saying. The he said there was traffic. I pointed out that there is no traffic in the middle of the night. Then he said there had been an accident and he would be here in 30min. I asked again to tell me where he was but he couldnt say. I asked if he was near York and then he said that he was. Then he said not to worry that he would be able to drive us to Man Airport in an hour. I had a feeling he wouldn't show up and also I couldn't hear any sounds of driving. After the phone call I texted him not to come at all and send multiple texts in a short time... Wonder if he was driving at all or texting&driving which would be unprofessional too. Long story short driver would've been at least 1 hour late which in unacceptable. I am definitely trying to get a refund but don't have much hope for that.

Our flight back to Bristol was delayed by approximately 2 hours and on landing at 2.30 am I received an email saying my booked taxi was cancelled, as no driver was now available. A phone call got me nowhere, and I reminded them their website clearly states "From the moment you contact us, we'll everything we can to ensure your booking and transfer go as smoothly as possible". It puzzles me how this company continues to operate, when it cancels your booking at short notice because no driver was available. The booking was made well in advance, therefore it's their job to make sure one was. Read other reviews about their regular appalling service, and go elsewhere

Don't use, awful service. Taxi no showed, the office didn't seem to care and I was left abandoned at the airport - please don't use them, there are better providers out there

My first experience of OTS was superb. I booked a pick up from home to LHR and return online. Easy to use website and instant confirmations. The day before pickup I received a text giving me the driver's name and contact details - very reassuring. On the return, my flight was delayed by 5 hours but I was in touch with he driver s again, was reassured that he would be there. In the event, he suffered a puncture, but I received a call from the company to tell me that another driver was being assigned. This was done as we were passing through customs and baggage reclaim. Once out, we had to wait no more than 5 minutes for our replacement driver to arrive.

Absolutely brilliant Chris had to wait 5 and a half hours for my aunts plane. Their Ryanair flight was delayed 5.5 hours, however Ryanair gave no details as to why and how long. I asked Chris to wait as my aunt had broken her ankle on holiday. After waiting all that time he then had to drive from Stansted airport to Sheffield, there was an accident on motorway and he was stuck in traffic for 2 hours. He eventually arrived at 6am having got to Stansted at 5pm. All done with complete professionalism Could not recommend Chris highly enough

Driver was polite and drove safely. But we waited 20 mins outside the airport terminal for the taxi to arrive. The car overall was dirty, and I had to brush debris off the back seat before I could get in. I expected better based on my previous experience with OTS.

Terrible Service with No customer service at all despite paying for a return trip no driver turned up left on my own at 3am raining Bristol Airport, told my booking was cancelled because my plane was 20 minutes late then told to book another firm and pay again, AVOID AVOID

DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A CON MERCHANT. THEY TAKE YOUR BOOKING AND YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF ROAD... IN OUR CASE WE NEARLY MISSED OUR FLIGHT. WORST COMPANY WE EVER DEALT WITH, WE HAVE INSTRUCTED OUR SOLICITORS TO TAKE ACTION.

Rudest swearing driver threatening to leave us on the motorway because we did not agree to pay extra extortionate charges. Scary journey with an aggressive driver - we had no choice but drive as could not get off midway. Avoid. Worst taxi service of my entire life. Zero apology from company itself.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not reliable at all LS Despite booking for a specific time, they have been more than 20 minutes late on multiple occasions and refuse to take any responsibility for it. Their customer service is poor.
