Collected us from a long haul flight in a vehicle that wasn’t fit for 8 people and 8 cases after we specifically order that, made the front two passengers travel with a seat belt not working, we had to put two cases on the laps of the rear passengers, charged us extra for waiting and their customer service is diabolical. Cowboy outfit.

United Kingdom | 29 April 2022DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, READ ALL REVIEWS. we booked 2 x 8 seater taxis to and from airport. Going to the airport one of the taxis were 30 minutes late. On return to England one of the two taxis didn't turn up so half the family had to wait in the airport for a hour whilst the first taxi did a round trip at 3 am in the morning after a 6 hour flight home. Company looked into the issue and sent ne £20 on a £240 booking with very poor service. DO NOT USE

They look to find ways to charge extra through the wait time by starting the wait time the moment the airplane arrives, despite knowing that the plane needs to taxi, disembark, people have to go through security and claim baggage. Despite specifically been told by the driver to text when I had collected the bags, which I did, and got to the taxi within 10mins thereafter. They said I had to pay 1hr 30min wait time because my plane landed at 6.24am. When I tried to explain the situation, the customer service person just said that is their policy. Needless to say this is the last time I will be using them.

United Kingdom | 12 April 2022I have used this company for transfers to and from East Midlands Airport and have found them to be very efficient. The driver usually arrives at our home about 10 minutes prior to the arranged time and is waiting for us as we land. The cars are usually very clean and well maintained. The drivers have always driven safely and assisted with luggage. The only reason for 4 stars is that sometimes the cars may not have a large boot and cannot easily accommodate two large suitcases. The cost of transfer is reasonable and competitive.

Chasing me at 7am the day after my family travel for 18 quid and then a further email less than an hour later at 8am telling me they would blacklist my account. How desperate do yo have to be? They also dropped my family off in the wrong location even after the passengers requesting to be dropped further up subsequently meaning they missed a boat.

United Kingdom | 22 March 2022I phoned to advise that I was changing the flight details back. As this was to a slightly closer airport, they immediately said I would get some of the cost refunded, which I hadn’t asked for. And within only a few minutes I was emailed the amended pick up details.

United Kingdom | 20 March 2022After landing I had a call from their office explaining that they had sent the driver to the wrong terminal at Heathrow and that they were demanding an additional fee because my pickup instructions were unclear. On pre booking I provided my flight number and paid extra for a meet and greet service. Turns out they assumed my arrivals Terminal would be the same as my departures Terminal. OTS do not extort your customers because you made clerical errors. Completely unacceptable, avoid at all costs!

Ireland | 14 March 2022Avoid this company. We booked and paid upfront for a transfer from Bath to Bristol Airport. We were advised 2 hours before the pick up time that the driver would be late. However we then received a second call and mail advising our booking was being cancelled and we were left to arrange our own transfer to the airport. We have been told we are being refunded but we booked a transfer ahead of time to avoid last minute stress

Had to telephone to be told that driver had been delayed in an accident tailback. Waited 40 mins. Complained - told it was unfair to penalise driver. Replied that it was the company who should bear the responsibility (not the driver). They offered the "meet and greet" extra as refund (£5 on a nearly £300 fare). Told them what they could do with it. Do not use this company.

United Kingdom | 27 January 2022Horrible car service! I had to search Heathrow for my driver, whom I found staring into his phone not paying any attention to me as I flagged him down. I finally approached him, and introduced myself, he said nothing to me. He walked very quickly away from my family (with 2 small children who could not keep up) until we reached the car. The car was adequate at best; Large enough for our bags, but very uncomfortable and smelled terribly. When we arrived at our hotel, the driver stopped on a corner, nowhere near the entrance (or any door for that matter,) and began to exit as if this was where we were going to unload the car. When I insisted that the lobby entrance was around the corner, he protested, and insisted this is where we should be. Having stayed at this hotel several times, I fought back, and made him go around the block, all the while listening to him tell me I was wrong. After being greeted by the hotel doorman, and porter (where they welcomed me back) the driver continued to argue that I was wrong (even showing his map to the door staff) This was the entirety of the communication I had with my driver. I contacted OTS to voice my complaint, and to cancel my return journey (as I have no desire to deal with this again) and was told that I would have to pay 10% to cancel the return (well outside of 24hours) because "you agreed to our terms and conditions its clearly stated in this when you make the booking, you agreed to this when you made the booking." I then asked to speak to someone on the phone, and was told no one would talk to me and i could "send an email if you want to" Save yourself the disrespect, and go with the car service that actually provides the service which you pay for. **** Edit: I emailed them using the address provided to me by their rude customer service. It's a dead end. This company sucks.
