I have used OTS several times a year for several years and they have always been reliable. Two days ago was the first time I had an issue and had to contact customer service who were very unhelpful to the point of being rude in that they denied what I was saying. Although reliability is probably the most important thing when travelling to an airport, being rude is not OK in my opinion

First time I have used this company, but definitely will use again despite a problem. The journey to the airport was of the highest standard, the return journey was not. Contacted customer support and they promptly acted and came up with a very satisfactory resolution.

We used this service to get my daughter from Leeds to Heathrow for a flight to the US. The driver showed up early (2am), was willing to wait for my daughter. Helped with her very large amount of heavy bags both ways and she said she felt extremely safe and he was polite and friendly. We will absolutely be using this service to get to and Heathrow again. Especially as it is more reliable and not much more expensive than a first class train ticket which doesn’t even get you all the way to the Terminals. Great service

Such an efficient website, the online chat was quick, the process to pay was straightforward and of course the driver was excellent (personable and friendly, professional and pleasant, a terrific driver etc). For our trip to Gatwick it was an exceptionally good experience. Thoroughly recommend this firm and their services, especially for reaching Gatwick airport without hassle.

left us at the airport not accepting to take out luggage although was even less than the booked luggage- did not answer the phone - refused to compensate saying luggage over the booked (booked was 3 X and we had 3!!!) and you didn't call us although I even left a message!!! Took 4 emails and 3 calls to get an answer

Booked car, had a phone call with customer service about my arrival time, explained I had given a later time than actual arrival since we were getting PCR tests at the airport. After I was in the car with four suitcases and a 12 year old got a call trying to hit me with a further 50% for "waiting time". Customer service tolf me if I didn't pay the driver could put us out. Luckily the driver himself was a normal human being who got rid of them and I tipped him well. But I will NEVER book through OTS again. Bunch of con artists.

Today me and my son were taken to Luton from Stratford upon Avon which took us about 2 hours. Wonderful journey , very friendly and careful taxi driver ( John ) lovely music .. I just didn’t want to get off the car 😁highly recommended !!!!!

Chris was our driver and he was truly amazing. Showed up promptly and assisted with bags and loading. Upon arrival, Chris went out of his way to obtain wheelchair assistance for my in-laws.

This time I added also the service greeting and the driver, a gentleman was really helpful. I can't stop to recommend this service and this company. This was my worst taxi drive ever! I wish I could give them 0 star. The driver was rude and unprofessional, the manager was arrogant, and the taxi was so smelly that i was feeling sick. And on the top of that, i had to pay extra money. DO NOT USE IT!!!

Brilliant service from start to finish. Very easy to book online and pay for. Email confirmation sent through straight away. A few days before trip another email sent through to let me know a driver had been assigned with his mobile number if needed. To be honest after reading some of the reviews on here I was a little concerned the driver wouldn’t turn up at 3am and I would miss my flight. Quite the opposite he was 5 mins early. Ali was super polite, helped with our bags, wore a mask the entire journey, really friendly and very professional. The car felt very clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money. I would definitely use this service again.

Terrible experience and customer service. Booked a meet&greet service which hasn't been provided. Driver was not wearing a face covering carrying 4 elderly people, he was talking on phone and playing games while driving. Once complained via email, I've only got excuses as response. Not recommend it at all!

I travelled for over 24 hours to be greeted by a man who was too busy to do his job. Instead he used the payment opportunity to use the type bathroom. He was impolite when he finally turned up to meet me. He speed to the destination. The wrong destination. Dropped me off, over half a mile from my destination. His nonchalant attitude was terrible. I won’t be recommending this travel business to my company.

More focused on making excuses for terrible service. I paid money for a pick up. The driver used the opportunity to use the toilet instead and turned up five minutes late. The driver didn’t drop my visitor at my house. Dropped him off half a mile away and drove off. Joseph who was dealing with the complaint. Didn’t attempt to compensate me for the service they didn’t provide. He was immediately attempting to justify the driver’s behaviour. If I hadn’t paid for a pick up. He would have never had access to the airport. The driver should have turned up earlier, if he needed the bathroom. The driver should have planned the route and used a Sat Nav. They have demonstrated typical British short sightedness. They would rather refuse to compensate a customer and risk future business. They shan’t be getting any business from my company and they won’t be recommended to the US businesses now either. Such foolish behaviour. Avoid this company.

It was the first time we were using this taxi service and it has been excellent. The driver even sent us a message to let us know where he was before even we call him. Very professional and brilliant in general. We’ll definitely use them again.

I went to stanstead Airport but we had a pickup onroute,Chris the driver was very professional when he came to collect me and my little ones. I had a good experience with them. Only 4 stars because he came to pickup 15 minutes late. On the return the next day he was also professional. Thank you Chris
