The company went from worse to the worst - one time they swapped a car from an executive to a minibus and the next time their driver said he mistook pick up time from 09:20am to 19:20pm. This is the worst transfer company I dealt with and the service is non-existent

Outward journey, Luton Airport to Rushden was great, regards driver, picking up at Airport, when received a feedback form gave 5 stars.Went downhill on return. Supposed to get picked up at 3,30 for return flight. Taxi was almost an hour late.Acceptable being told something wrong with car and had to replace.Not acceptable I had to phone to ask why the taxi was late and call again. Luckily we made the flight but very disappointed the way it was dealt with. Would have appreciated a call from them ASAP to explain the situation. Not good enough. First time with them but doubt would use again!

First class service. On time, competively price, excellent communication giving me drivers name and mobile number. Have used OTS in the past and will certainly use them again in the future.

Wouldn’t give it even one star ! Booked a taxi a month in advance £60 mind for work travel The night before I received a message from dominic confirming my pick up for 6.50am I was ready I was outside for 30 mins Dominic did not show , I messaged and called no reply I called the office to be told they will get hold of him .. 10 mins later call back we can’t we will find another driver … 20 mins later we can’t find anyone travel cancelled although they have issued a refund .. still not yet received though I missed an important assessment, for which I will now have to do again .. £60 spent on another company to get there at all for the day and no apology from the driver or company Will never use again disgraceful !

Many Thanks Chris for a pleasant return trip for 12 people from Market Harborough to Stanstead. Text well in advance of trip which was great to know and Chris was punctual and nice taxi. We also used OTS for trip from Stanstead to M.H.but this trip was not as pleasant. Paid for meet and greet wnd lost half an hour looking for driver who was waiting at the bus.h

I can't fault a bit, everything was perfect from booking to end of our journey. Booking was easy and our driver was there in time, he was a good gentleman, try to help us with our bags,very helpful and a good driver! Thank you so much, he is a very good credit to company, I will use onward anytime without hesitation.

This company displays no professionalism and is clearly profit driven, hell to the customer. We booked an executive car, in order to accommodate 1 passenger and three suitcases. The driver turned up with a car that could only fit two suitcases. Their office said the only solution was to make another booking - at our own expense. They also fabricated stories that our very young female employee, traveling alone, was rude to the taxi driver and refused to speak to their agent (We have a record of that call). The driver left her stranded, on her first trip to the UK, in the multistorey car park at Heathrow. Contemptible company.

A truly unpleasant company. I was obliged to cancel my reservation 9 days in advance yet they still charged me a ridiculous amount. If I had cancelled a day or two before I could have understood their reaction. Also I was told that I would have to make a 10 minute walk from the airport or pay an extra 5 pounds for Meet & Greet. After a long flight and with a heavy suitcase it didn't seem very welcoming. I wish I had read some of the reviews before making the booking and looking at some of the photos tells me that I should never make another reservation with them. This does not appear to be a professional service.

Phoned ONWARD TRAVEL SOLUTIONS LTD to arrange a pick-up from Stansted Airport to our home. Received a quote of £36 , agreed it and paid in full .... contract in place. HOW WRONG CAN YOU BE. Arrived in Greece and first message was from OTS explaining that they unfortunately could not do the pick up ...... but for an extra £14 they could...... explained in a way that sounded like it was a favour they could do on my behalf. I do appreciate that things do go wrong in business sometimes but when you book a cab and agree the price, pay the money you should as a customer (now abroad) expect the company to resolve any issue and at no extra expense to the customer. It's a cost of doing business ... or should be. It isn't like this company had unexpected mechanical issues with their fleet of cabs .... ON INVESTIGATION THEY DO NOT OWN ANY. THEY SUB OUT ALL ENQUIRIES. SO, IF THEY GET A PRICE WRONG , GIVEN MY EXPERIENCE, THEY WILL COME TO YOU FOR THE EXTRA COST. I will leave it to you to decide whether my experience was down to a basic fare error on OTS's part or sharp practice. I did write to them saying that I should not be the victim of a broken contract and they should refund the extra £14 payment but no response. Clearly they do not care as long as they make their profit. IF YOU CAN FIND AN ALTERNATIVE TAXI SERVICE I WOULD TRY.

Booked & paid for a pick up at Glasgow Airport, I specifically asked for 1800 pick up time because I require special assistance to leave the plane & get through the airport, so it takes a bit longer to disembark from the plane, as I have to wait until everyone else has left first! Although we landed early, our baggage wasn’t expected on the carousel until 1717, then the police were checking all the bags, apparently someone had been arrested when they disembarked & they were searching for their bags, so by the time we got through customs, it was 1745, so just enough time for a quick visit to the toilets, then onto the taxi pickup area! On the way, I phoned the driver only to be told he’d been & gone, he apparent had arrived when our flight had landed, said he’d phoned me several times, I switched my phone back on in baggage reclaim & had no missed calls! He said he’d come back but it would cost me an extra £15. I booked 1800 to give me the extra time I need, as I am disabled, also I was unsure of how long it would take to get through passport control with Covid regulations & also post Brexit customs checks! If I book a taxi at a certain time, surely that’s the time they should arrive, it’s not up to them to decide how long it will take you to get through the airport! I’m in the process of requesting a refund but their customer service person was the rudest & most unhelpful person I have ever spoken too!

I don't recommend them. They appeared to be a decent option with the price, but I ended up paying almost double than what was on my quote. I believe the reasons for that were not justified. I tried to complain to them directly, but the guy on the other side of the phone said it was all in their T&Cs. The first issue was that they don't ask for your requested time when booking, just time of arrival. So I knew well in advance that passport control queues would be long, as is the case in COVID times, but they seem to be completely oblivious to it, as to my surprise I was charged additional £20 during the ride. The second issue was that the driver did not take the longer but more convenient M25, but went through smaller roads. He wasn't driving gently at all and after an hour of speeding and braking my 6yo was sick in the car. I cleaned the whole thing up myself, but was charged additional £40. That was a very expensive lesson on who to avoid for next time.

I really DO NOT recommend this company. Absolutely unreliable. Booked an airport pick up and they did not show up at all without any notice, they send an email after our arrival saying that they didn't have any driver available, despite I have booked (AND PAID) it one week in advance. Leaving me, my elder mother and a small kid in the airport. Please avoid if you do not want to ruin your trip.

I booked a taxi and was confirmed before leaving Greece. Upon landing in Leeds I turned my phone on for them to say they couldn’t find a driver and my taxi wasn’t coming 2am in the morning. They’re taken the £38 out of my bank and left me stranded at the airport and I had to get an Uber at a further cost of £50 Do not use these amatuers who have no regard for their customers and take your money without even confirmed a driver Avoid at all Costs Now I have to chase a refund when they stated the money won’t leave my bank. When it has!

I ordered a taxi pick-up from Manchester Airport on Friday 13th, August and paid extra for meeting in personal. The driver was 1 hour 40 min delayed and in every phone call he told me he would be there in 20 min (3 phone calls). After waiting 16 min on phone with OTS Ltd I was connected to an answering mashine. Apparently the driver was caught up in an accident on the motorway, however should have told me to get another taxi instead of making me waiting for such a long time! Due to the above I missed my ferry from Dover to Calais (driving a car back from the UK) = extra ferry ticket in addition! I think you know what I feel about this...........

We were picked up at Heathrow Terminal 5 by Ian, who was a very friendly, informative and excellent driver. Our journey to Southampton was extremely comfortable and pleasant. This was our first time using this service and we most certainly will use it again!

Chris was great, he picked us up at the right time, he was very kind, polite and helpful. We had a great journey and he is a great driver, we would love to have a trip with him again!...Wonderful customer experience!
