This was new to me and I am not very trusting when ordering on-line spending the money I did. Mellissa was my customer service representative and not only did she explain to me the entire process and how it works, she walked me through the entire ordering process and the communication between us was awesome. I cannot judge the experience of the product yet, as i have not received it, however, all the you-tube video's i watched seemed to be an awesome product. I cannot wait to receive the order as it is a very special christmas gift.

Kat Was Amazing! I recently lost my beloved husky and it has been a really difficult time. I wanted my crystal to be perfect to memorialize her, so I was a little indecisive of what photo to use, the layout, etc. Kat was so understanding. She worked with me on multiple designs to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. 3D Crystal was not the first place I found online, but I am very happy that I chose them to do the work.

After shopping around, I went with 3D Crystal. Why? Their cost was alittle better but the communication/email was the deciding factor. Got back with me with the day and a few times, twice. Product was shipped Fed-Ex and got tracking. Had two crystals going to two separate locations. Good company.

With moving to a town called Lindsey I couldn't find my masters golf ball given me from my late mother to i finally found the ball next i see an add on tv for 3d crystal took a picture of the ball the result were amazing+ awesome for anyone reading this article send a picture and spend the money it's worth it a great Christmas gift

Had a slight issue with the crystal that I received, the print wasn't exactly the way I thought it would be. Here's the important thing. Mellissa came to my rescue. It took some emails, but she was amazing to work with, responsive and an absolute professional. The situation was remedied, but I can't say enough about the effort and dedication that went into this. Beyond that, this is my second order from them. There is a reason I went back, and rest assured, I'll be back again. This is a great company, and if Mellissa's boss is reading this... give her a raise. She represents & sets a standard I wish all companies would establish.

It literally took 15 minutes from start to finish and then received my four crystal photos in 8 days… I absolutely love them. Very special and will order again. Excellent customer service. I bought this for my mum for Christmas and had trouble selecting delivery to YK as I’m in Australia. Spoke with Johnsy in CS team and he was so good. Great communication and was amazed on the turn around and super fast delivery. Would highly recommend. I ordered two crystals, separately, from this company. I ordered a small one to see if it would look as good as the ones on the website. It did. I then ordered one for my grandson as a memorial gift of his mother. It looks like she is fully formed in the crystal. Both crystals were absolutely beautiful. I will be ordering more crystals for the rest of the family. If you have a loved one, who has passed, it is the best way to remember them. The shipping is incredibly fast. It was shipped out the next day, and I received it within another couple of days. Excellent product and great service.
