Got exactly what I ordered AND it arrived super fast! Excellent service!!!

Great! I needed the crystal heart for a wedding in five days. Kat worked with me thru 3 or 4 versions and it was produced and received with a day to spare. BTW it was the hit of the wedding ( except for the bride)

Crystal looks great. Wasnt sure after sending my photo and seeing the confirmation image appearing a bit grainy. But it is sharp. Excellent response on live chat, very attentive team. Quick production and dispatch. Less than a week from order (Monday) to receipt. Will use and recommend again.

I received my first order and was disappointed. I contacted customer service and they graciously worked with me on a second crystal It was perfect! Shipment takes very little time and customer service strives to make every customer happy!!

I am especially grateful to Kat, who is the customer service rep that worked with me to design my crystal, which is a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. So it had to be perfect and it is. Actually better than perfect. This company deserves 100 stars.

This company is over and above expectations...not enough stars for my rating. Worked with a sales CSR on best fit and picture option and crystal arrived within days! It is fabulous and not exaggerating one bit. CSR was outstanding in communication and follow-up. I'm thrilled to gift this on Christmas.
