It was my first time buying a 3D Crystal and the website was very user-friendly. I had a certain image in mind that I wanted to use and I wasn’t too sure on the placement so I used their online chat function and their sales staff Mellissa went above and beyond helping me with the image. After some discussion Melissa worked on my image and emailed me a preview of how the image would look in the shape of the crystal before I completed my order. It made the buying process 100% worry free.

I had a great customer experience with Melissa. I was looking to order a Heart Crystal but was confused on the positioning of the photo and just how it all works. I decided use the Chat feature and Mellisa answered the chat quickly and was very kind, patient and concise with providing me with all the details that I needed re: my purchase. We then had further correspondence via email to finalize further details and Mellisa fulfilled all promises of timelines to get back to me and was just so easy to work with and made me feel very at ease. I ordered a heart necklace crystal for my mum for her birthday and it is so beautiful! This is my second item from 3Dcrystal, I got a heart crystal from my boyfriend which also was perfect so I knew this one would be just as amazing, I actually ordered 2 so I could have one as well. I did have to contact customer service before placing the order as I was having a hard time putting my image on but the customer service team was super helpful. These are perfect as gifts or for yourself. I love this product and will definitely order more

I have made numerous purchases from 3D Crystal and they are excellent. The product is delivered quickly and the pictures are amazing. I recently had to have one of their artist make my picture work and it was done quickly and professionally with no additional charges. In the past one of the Christmas ornaments had a flaw in the crystal and they replaced it immediately again, no additional charges. Their customer service is beyond reproach and I highly recommend the company to anyone looking for a special keepsake!

I was a bit dubious at first as I have seen competitors of these that look the real deal but the reviews were awful. I spoke to Shel and Johnsey on the live chat who gave me piece of mind and asked me exactly how I wanted the crystal, they even sent me a preview and asked if there were any amendments I needed to make to it, there were a couple of little things but that was down to the picture I originally submitted and not down to the artist at all! They quickly did the amendments and sent me another preview which convinced me to give them a go! I bought the large size rectangle crystal which fit 2 pictures that I wanted to put together as one and it looks absolutely amazing!! Delivery said it could be 10-12 days but turned up after 2 and better than I ever expected. Thank you so much for this it’s a Christmas present for a family member who will absolutely love it, I will definitely be purchasing again from these the customer service is brilliant and the product is amazing quality!!
