FinditParts has been a really important SEO partner of mine (and my company Huckabuy.) After 12 successful months we renewed a 12 month agreement with them and 3 months in they prematurely canceled, despite no cancellation clause. They did so in the least professional way I've ever witnessed in my 20 year career in business. They owe Huckabuy a significant amount of money with no effort to pay. We will fight until this is made right.I went from very close friendships with the Founder/ CEO, David Seewack, their former President, Robert Blatt, and their CPO, Ron Hendrixson, to be treated as poorly as I ever have in business. I do not recommend shopping or doing any business with this company.

This company is crooked! Purchased a part that was supposed to be OEM but once received I realized that it wasn’t! So I went online and found one that was an exact OEM replacement that was cheaper! I initiated a return and sent it back to them with the little extra cheap goodies they sent along with the part! After receiving my refund, I notice that they kept more than half of the total cost of the part! All I can say is buyers beware! This is a piece of 💩 company!! Would give zero stars if possible!

Wow I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing. The amount of errors, lies, and lack of accountability is unlike anything I have ever encountered. I ordered 1500$ worth of filters for customer trucks that we needed within 3-5 days. The delivery date stated was 3 days out, so perfect. When that day came there was one box on the porch. I open it to find a random battery box cover. No filters. My packing slip had some filters listed but no battery cover listed. Weird, I contact them assuming they would make it right. I start wondering where the rest of my order is.... several had not shipped yet, one was missing in transit, and three boxes were delivered to someone else's address. When I reached out again asking for a refund this time they said they would be happy to refund me after I return the items, minus shipping both ways and a 20% restocking fee! I said HOW do I return items I have not received? I provided proof, they said keep the battery box but you must return the filters once Fedex finds them and only then will you receive a refund. I asked for the orders not yet shipped to be cancelled. Which they did... but no refund has yet been seen. Even if the filters arrived now they would be useless to me, as I could not afford to wait on them any longer. Absolutely unprofessional, whatever you do, do NOT buy from this company. Whatever great deal they have, isn't going to help you when they can't even ship the right parts.

Not a good place for part in a hurry! I ordered parts 2 day shipping. It took 5 days and would not refund the shipping I paid for. This company cost me 3 extra days of a semi truck being down cost me over $1500 a day. They refused any compensation and sent a nasty email. Never use this place again! I found another company I will be using and they ship same/next day. Worst company I have ever used!

I ordered a part which I needed urgently as the machine is down so I chose next day air. Once I got the tracking link I saw that it was send ground ! When I called in they apologized that a mistake was made and will refund the difference to normal shipping. As the machine is down and this costs me hundreds of dollars per day because of their mistake I asked for a full shipping refund. They denied this, pissing a customer off because of 12 $ ! You can't trust them with shipping !

Buyers Beware! Bought a Haldex air dryer from Finditparts that offered a $100.00 core return charge. When I went to return the core the instructions stated they would generate a return label to my email. After not receiving the return label for a week I called and was told they don't pay for shipping on cores witch their web site instructions clearly state they do. It cost me $30.00 to return the core. The shipping company asked where my return label was and I told her Finditparts does not issue one, she was very surprised. She stated their cost on a return label is next to nothing. I'm very disappointed in this company and will not return. Jim.

I ordered a small part for a diesel injection pump which was showing in stock. I had looked globally and could not find this anywhere. The part was very cheap and I was a bit suspicious that it was really in stock, especially after reading a lot of negative reviews. After placing my order it disappeared and I sent several email to the company. They each were replied to; I later find my order by another route on the website and the part turned up a few days later. Very happy, thank you. I will now look through their stock and feel confident to order again.

Ordered part and was told it would ship within 4 days. Started calling and emailing after 6 days to try and find out when it will ship. Talked to them and received emails promising someone would get right back to me. Not one response. Wasted almost 2 weeks and finally cancelled. Totally indifferent and uncaring company. Stay away from this outfit. They are not honorable people.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Buyer beware. Avoid Finditparts.com at all cost. They will waste your time and money. I ordered part 674-089 auction id 304518164429. The seller confirmed before I placed the order that the the part was in stock. When I placed the order the seller purposely sent me a wrong part because they didn’t actually have the right one. eBay and the seller have wasted $500 of my money and hours trying to get this resolved. If you are on EBay please avoid finditparts.com. Terrible seller who is out to scam people.

We ordered some S-cams overnight on Monday, but was too late for next day air for Tuesday, so Wednesday, OK. Wednesday came and no part, had tracking and it said order cancelled by shipper. Called Find It and they said everything looked good on their end and it should still be coming. Nothing. Next day, Thursday, I called Find It and spoke with Gen, she said that she would look into it, that Fedex had the order. She called me right back and told me that Fedex had lost the order. So she offered to ship a duplicate order on next day air for Friday at no charge. As there really was no other choice, I accepted her offer. That afternoon, I received an email with tracking for UPS and Gen had issued us a credit for the freight. The next day we received the parts from UPS around noon on Friday, all good, parts exactly what we needed. Then about an hour later, Fedex showed up with our original order! I called the customer and told him and they had another twin trailer that would probably need the parts before too long, so we decided to keep them. Emailed Gen and she invoiced us for the parts with no freight, could not have been more fair with us! Will definitely put Find It Parts at the top of our list!

The ABSOLUTE worst if getting a refund from any company I've ever dealt with over 50 years. Over 4 weeks ago I ordered 4 rotors. They arrived (2 busted up). Had to pull teeth to get them to process a return and order 2 new ones. They sent ONE and said they had to order the 4th direct. I agreed, then immediately canceled and have been asking for a refund for 12 days. The Inside sales mgr. said he's waiting on Hendrickson... Told him "I don't care about Hendrickson, I paid you (FINDITPARTS) for these" and explained this now to him several times, and still can't get a refund. Told him I'm about to reach out to their executive VP about all of this because it's being handled soooo poorly. Think twice before buying from them. Broken parts delivered and can't get a refund, and he's blaming their supplier. I only asked for a refund that I paid them directly and never received a replacement part for. Absolutely ridiculous. 1wk later (update: after a threatening email I finally received a refund...

I ordered three alike items from them but only received a shipment with one of those items. Also the one item they shipped was UV dye which had partially solidified because it had been exposed to moisture. I've emailed them three times and there has been no response. So they sent one third of the shipment which is defective and then will not respond. Hard to fail any worse than that...

Only order from this place if you don't need your part right away cuz takes about a week from just to process your order and then about another week or two to get your part place is a joke
