Received wrong parts called in nobody nows what to do or call back

I wasn't exactly sure what I needed but he gave me options and additional savings because he had a coupon code which save me money. I will use them again

My DIY led lighting project took a turn for the better when I connected with FindIt parts. I needed a specific light and they had it. It was sent immediately and I received it within 72 hours. Very well organized. The people were very nice. I'll be back.

We own a 1983 Bluebird Wanderlodge we took it into a brake shop to have the rear brakes overhauled and the guys at the brake shop couldn't find the drums we needed. Telling me they were obsolete! Very annoyed I started looking on my own. NAPA had them in an old warehouse for $800 each and a two week ship time! Then I called FinditParts and spoke to Daniel, who answered the phone at 6:30am, not only did he find me the obsolete drums I needed but he found them for me at the surplus price of $400 each. Then he told me he could ship them to me from CA, we live in NY, and have them here in 3-5 days. I was thrilled! If that wasn't enough the very next day my brake drums were on my front porch! Best parts place ever, I'll never shop anywhere else again!

Took along time to ship/receive parts order. They came from all over the USA rather than from one central location. Looks like a virtual internet business.

The parts finder for my local mechanic could not find a hard to locate part (cost approx. $260), either new or used. Very distressing! I then searched, it was not easy but FinditParts got it and delivered (in just 2 days, w/free UPS) a new, OEM part for about 40% less than the manufacturer's price. FinditParts employee, Danial, was very helpful, competent, and conscientious; he was dedicated to and succeeded in getting the best deal available for the customer. Just fabulous!

no bleeder screws,no brass seat for line connection,had to re drill hole to fit brass seat for brake line. had to remove seat from old cylinders, lost half a day.

FinditParts had a part for an old Massey Ferguson baler, that was not available anywhere else. I ordered the part and it was shipped quickly. A brand new part! Fit perfect, baler working again. Price was reasonable.

This order has created a problem. Items ordered have not been delivered, unordered items have been delivered! Customer support has responded quickly & positively to fix the problem. Last order was 100% perfect!
