Our order was called in to confirm shipping times but we we're was misled, I believe just to make the sale. Parts were processed and shipped two days after calling in the order which in-turn delayed the arrival of the time sensitive parts for a downed piece of equipment. We were also offered a 10% discount online but when ordering over the phone they excluded this discount and when we later complained about the price differences they informed that that offer was now not available but they did offer a 5% discount so I guess better then nothing but it wasn't what we we're originally offered. Called them many of times to get a response on the shipping delays, but was informed to leave my contact number to which some one would return my call, did this three times with and still no one called back. All in all I would advise anyone looking to shop here to look at a other sources for your parts as customer service in this industry is more important at times then the parts themselves and they failed miserably.

So far, I have been able to find the part I need for my semi truck, and always at a better price than any I've found online. They keep me informed of my order from the time I place the order, to the time it's delivered. Shipping is fast too. Thanks.

Good prices and fast shipping on 2/3 of my order. 2 of the 6 lights I ordered are backordered. The email I got last week said my order had been shipped (showing all 6 items) and the emaol I got today ask8my for a review said my order had been delivered. The only notice about backordered items was the packing slip in the box. How long do I have to wait for the rest of my order?

Was looking for some parts for our forklift when we contacted find it parts. We needed them in a hurry (couple days) and were told no problem if we ordered them right now, so we did. 2 days go by and we are supposed to be receiving said parts, email for tracking info and don't get a reply until the end of the day with tracking # saying it was just shipped. So we called as these were supposed to be shipped the day they were ordered, The guy at find it parts was very rude and basically told us we should've choose a quicker method of shipping, Buddy maybe you should've shipped them when you said you were going to. Had this company been honest right off the start I might've looked elsewhere to get these parts in a timely manner. Don't get conned by these guys, they'll tell you whatever they need to, to make the sale. If I had not followed up with it I'm sure they still wouldn't have shipped my parts, but they sure took my money in a hurry.

I was broke down and at a stand still. I had parts overnighted. I had received my order before I was even issued a tracking number! I'm up and running again thanks to you folks! Thanks again.

Very happy with the availability of the special part I needed and the delivery time.

Over $10 in shipping and $1.95 handling charge for three clearance lights that would have fit easily in a five dollar priority box. Ordered on April 23rd arrived on May 4th. Had to have them at the time never again. Received a call from Finditparts. Told the nice lady my concerns and she said she understood and were working on shipping costs and in the meantime she would refund my shipping costs. She also send me a coupon for ten percent off my next order. Nice that this company cares!! Also a good idea would be to let customers know that items are being dropped shipped from other areas. So will take a while.....

Over $10 to ship $20 products and ot took over 2 weeks to recieve the package. I don't mind paying for higher shipping it i recieve the item quickly. I will not be back and wouldnt recommend to anyone.

It's very fast delivery & good items

My part was suppose to be shipped the next day. It took ten days to ship it. I paid $200 core deposit. After they received my core, they refused to credit me for my core. They said their company policy states they will pay the core in 45 days. I never received any policy paper work. They run on other peoples money. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Will never do business with this company again.
