They promise you that you will pass 100% and when you have not passed the test they won't answer your email and they will find all sort of excuses. They lie to you before you sign up and tell you that don't worry you will pass it 100% and then they find excuses to get more money from you to retake exam and then they won't reply back to you. Worst Company Ever! Stop lying to your customers and be honest with them. BAD ACTORS

This course seemed to be the most well presented, professional and you get qualifications the course also gives you plenty of time to practice before exams they are very honest about this online. Seconday the girl I spoke to on the telephone was very polite ,helpful honest ,helped to guide me in the right direction for what I'm looking to learn Spanish for .she explained everything very well and was very honest about everything ,thank you .I look forward to starting this course Kind Regards Kathryn Mcdaid

He was sent all the information and work sheets online. Sadly from what we could see all these practice sheets and work ' assignment's ' were taken directly from the exam boards websites (that is publicly available) he started the work, sending to the 'tutors' for marking, which was done promptly, however there was literally 0 support by way of check ins. He started to become more and more disheartened, then took the decision not to talk the exams. Now don't get me wrong I'm aware this is self study and done at your own pace. However you'd think at least having taken his money the company would at the least check in and make sure all was well when he didn't take exams but no they'd had his money by then. Save yourself the thousands of pounds, source the information from the exam boards for free, then put yourself forward. You'll get as much support as you will from this shower which is nil. Content=ripped from websites Admin = utter joke support = non existent. To add to the reply We are fully aware that this isn't the same as school and always did. My son actually worked really hard and engaged fully. Then decided not to take the exams. An email or call from your organisation would have been nice and showed some level of care. Didn't even receive a follow up email, shows the level of care once the money is transferred. As for the materials, I fully agree that standards have to be adhered to. This could be done without just ripping everything from the exam boards website, then changing for the privilege. My son could have got all info to pass for free and just paid to enter the exams. People need to be made aware before being put into debt like my 18 year old.
