Avoid at all costs. My daughter enrolled on a 1 year music A level after missing out the previous year due to serious illness. 2 months in she had still received no course materials, no contact from the tutor, then an email in December saying that they couldn't offer the course after all. Turned out her tutor had left 2 months ago but no one had bothered to inform us. After pointing out that dropping her at this stage would destroy her chances of getting into the university of her choice, they agreed to go ahead. Then another tutor dropped out. 3rd tutor in 4 months, still no course material, my daughter had to find it all herself. Of course we were complaining non-stop, but the robots on the phone are just programmed to fudge around, apologise, promise the earth and fail to deliver anything. My daughter managed to sit the exam, but then the final insult came today - 25 July, 3 weeks before results are announced - when Oxbridge called say they had failed to submit a chunk of her coursework, and they were 'sorry'. These people will take your future hopes of university and throw them away without a thought, then bleat that they are sorry. Disgustingly indifferent, evil and probably illegal - obviously we intend to investigate a possible professional liability claim, although what money could possibly compensate for the destruction of our daughter's hard fought for dreams?
