I have no response from organisation with regard to cancellation and refund of the course for my daughter.

I have just completed a Level 4 Diploma in counselling, and have managed to obtain a placement for my 100 hours, which Oxbridge did not help with at all, although I did ask both my tutor & Customer Services. I have since been advised my hours will not be acknowledged by BACP or NCPS to enable me to become a registered counsellor as the Oxbridge Course does not require the hours on their course, so I now have to pay for another course, doing the same again, with an accredited course provider recognised by BACP or NCPS. Basically if you want to become an accredited counsellor look elsewhere for a training course.

I requested a prospectus which I downloaded. Having read it I decided it was not what I wanted. I assumed it was for me to contact them. They keep calling and leaving messages. If I have not returned the call then I am not interested. I am finding this very stressful and will not be taking any courses.

Good detailed explanations of courses and what to do next

I looked into a higher assess course in education and i was called within an hour by reiss, who confirmed the details of the course, confirmed i will have access to the course within 48 hours and i would receive a welcome email. And the course would offically start on the 1st sept 2023 and end September 2024. I thought great, this is what happened on the last course i got with them (which was extremely easy) i paid for thr course and exepected to hear within 48 working hours which would be thursday. I hadnt heard anything on thursday but didnt rush up on a response so i left it until one week later 31st August. Where i had an issue with one of my Alevel courses and i contacted student support where i got through to Angelika, who solved the issue with my ALevel religious course and i asked when i would have access to the course, she advised the start date isnt until the 18th sept, and i wouldnt have access to this until the 18th. After asking to make a complaint about this Angelika advised she will look into this and contact me via email. It is now the 4th sept and i still hadnt had a response from her so i contacted student support again and surprisingly got back through to angelika who appologied for myself not getting her email on thursday which she advised she sent and then confirmed that this course doesnt currently have a start date! So after her confirming tbe start date on thursday to be the 18th the start date has now gone because this course is new and one hasnt been provided yet! Alot of the responses seem to be scripted. I am currently going back and forth with herself and Kelly in student support to get to the bottom of this and find my start date so i can start this course! I am not hopeful for this course at all as i feel it will be a battle throughout the course.

Masses of mistakes in a level work. Tutors very slow to respond. One assessment took 2 months to come back!! If you asked for session with a tutor over a problem all they did was send a link to YouTube or another site. Absolute waste of money!!! Reply to Oxbridge home learning response. My daughter resat her Maths A level with Oxbridge. The material was well set out and easy to navigate. There were some issues at the start in relation to some of the answers being incorrect but this was quickly addressed and rectified. Having a tutor on hand to mark work and provide feedback was excellent. The tutor was really responsive, gave excellent feedback and marked work and practice papers quickly. Compared to her experience of sitting her A level maths at school, this was a breath of fresh air. Delighted also to say that she upped her grade from a C to an A - only a couple of marks of an A*, meaning she has secured her place at the university she wanted to go to. Would highly recommend this online learning provision for anyone wanting to sit / resit A level maths.
