United Kingdom | 27 March 2025As a 62 year old man I was sceptical about online courses and the academic aspect involved as I hadn't attempted anything similar since I left school in 1978! Although I did struggle with some of the technical elements of the portal as well as the content of the subject itself, the help and support I received from my personal tutors, Kelly and Jaki, was so good, helpful encouraging and professional, that I managed not only to complete the course but, I throughly enjoyed it. All the way through, I felt as though I had the genuine back up and support I needed - highly recommended!

United Kingdom | 25 March 2025Terrible robbing company. Disgusting and lie to get money and then don’t provide anything. Now saying I have to pay for my exam again. Another £800.

United Kingdom | 20 March 2025My tutor and assessor Lisa has been amazing from the start where I knew nothing about assessing but now am confident, competent and comfortable assessing within my area of knowledge early years. She has been supportive the whole way through, always relaxed and encouraging towards me and this has been a fun, enjoyable learning experience for me due to her nurturing and understanding nature. I have throughly enjoyed the course and couldn’t have asked for a better tutor.

United Kingdom | 19 March 2025Nicole Luo who I was very lucky to have met helped and guided me through the visit process smoothly and ensured it was all going to be ok. Nicole took her time and patiently explained the steps, what we were going to do and was very flexible and patient with how the morning was going. Also very kidding helping my calm my nerves down as I do have educational needs, having her explain and be calm supported my anxiety levels to be reduced.

United Kingdom | 18 March 2025“I had a fantastic experience with Oxbridge Home Learning while completing the Level 3 Child Psychology course. The course material was well-structured, engaging, and easy to follow. My tutor Daryl Creek was incredibly supportive, always available to answer questions and provide valuable feedback. The flexibility of the online learning platform made it easy to fit studying around my schedule. I highly recommend this course to anyone interested in child psychology!”

United Kingdom | 18 March 2025I joined oxbridge to study level 3 events management course, I throughly enjoyed it. All course materials given, were clear and simple to use and understand. But if you still get stuck a simple email to your tutor, is all you need to do. My tutor was Nicola Harrison and she was exceptionally helpful and supportive throughout my whole journey. Her responses to any enquire or question i had, was very fast, clear and well explained. I could not have asked for any better tutor than her. Very pleased indeed, with the overall service of oxbridge too. Highly recommend oxbridge, to anyone looking for online courses, very flexible study and extentions are also available if you can't reach your deadline.

United Kingdom | 17 March 2025I have been with oxbridge for 6 months now and every single time I have sent an email, I have had call them and ask them to tell my tutor to reply to my email and help me with my course. I have changed tutors 3 times and every single one of them has not replied without me having to call the company. When I have called their support team has said I have the wrong email address even though they were the ones to send it to me in the first place. I have also spoken to the head of the support team and although she is helping to arrange a call with my tutor, I brought up the fact that I am paying thousands of pounds for a tutor that I am not receiving any help from so I believe some sort of compensation is deserved she shut me down very quickly saying that none of my money will be given back to me. I had to change my first tutor because she was misinforming me on how to send my predicted grades to my university of choice. She told me that the company sends it automatically I just have to send them which university I wanted to go to. Once I had sent them the university I waited to hear from the uni. The university had later on declined my application as no predicted grade was sent for my A-Level Biology. I had to call the MyOxbridge support centre and they told me that my tutor had misinformed me and that they do not send the predicted grades automatically and that I have to specifically request one. Thankfully one of the team members helped me and managed to get the predicted grade over to the university before it was too late but I was almost cost my education at university because of the lack of knowledge my first tutor had on their own policies. When I received a second tutor, I did try to book a call with them and again it took forever to receive a reply but when I did my tutor said she would prefer not to call but rather most students work better over email which is not what I asked for and not every student is the same. I was told I can book a call with my tutor if I wish to not do what everyone else does. Once I had told my tutor that I would still prefer a call she told me that she was actually an A-Level Chemistry tutor rather than a Biology tutor. Why would I be assigned a chemistry tutor rather than a biology one? This company was very quick to take my money and would call me multiple times whilst I was still deciding to whether to enroll to see if I want to join them and would tell me all there benefits to join them but once they took my money they have been radio silent unless I am having an issue that I have to raise myself multiple times. As well as this, my A-Level Biology course there have been a few instances where I have been reading my course topics and have had to use YouTube to help me with my work rather than getting a response from my tutor. There was one instance that I have was watching a video on a certain topic and the pdf of that course was word-for-word the same as the YouTube video I was watching. This shows that this company doesn't even create their own material and use YouTube videos themselves to make their courses and sell them for more. Please do more research when you are going to spend money on a course so you don't end up in the same situation as myself

United Kingdom | 02 March 2025I've signed up for the GCSE French course as an adult learner. The study resources are just not fit for purpose. There are SO many mistakes and issues in the materials. I have spotted some spelling and grammar mistakes regarding the French language on the slides and the PDFs of vocabulary - as I am still learning French, it is likely there are more that I have missed. There are also issues with the slides themselves and the display of the materials in the web application. Sometimes after an exercise, I am told that I have got the wrong answer, but there is no way of finding out what the right answer is. I am using Chrome, so I don't think my browser can cause the display issues. The audio for recordings in the course sounds very robotic and does not sound like it is a real person speaking - there was even one slide where I clicked on the audio button expecting to hear the pronunciation of a verb to be treated to a robotic recording of the preceding English text in a terrible French accent. When e-mailed Oxbridge to question why there were so many mistakes, I was told to send the errors through to my tutor. I started documenting the errors, but it was taking me longer to document them than I was spending studying French and, as I am not being paid to QA their content, I have stopped documenting them. I would not recommend the content from Oxbridge for GCSE French, and I personally wouldn't want to risk any of their other courses. They need the course content to be proof read and QA for the user interface.

United Kingdom | 27 February 2025My daughter enrolled onto course with Oxbridge. What a mistake that was. Reason I am leaving review is due to my role of the tutor myself, delivering apprenticeships, hence recognising good practice where there is one. The briefs provided to learners looked put together in rush, full of grammar mistakes and spelling errors. How can you, as education provider, then expect these elements from your learners! Constant contradictory advice, where coach advice one thing then tutor fail assignment for it. Make your mind up… very poor content, no standardisations, moody staff, poor customer service… don’t waste your money, this place is not worth it. There are so many other providers with better service

United Kingdom | 27 February 2025A perfect way to start studying again. I just completed level 2 Counselling for children and highly recommend. It was just what I needed with a good balance of online material plus having to do my own research. During my course I had a few personal things and my tutor, Kelly, was such a great support offering me the chance to pause my studies. Kelly is a brilliant tutor and was always quick to respond and always gave very thoughtful and helpful feedback on my draft assignments. This course has inspired me to go further and venture on a new journey of studies. Thank you!

Portugal | 20 February 2025I have just completed my course with Oxbridge. I found it informative with just the right level of difficulty, easy to learn and assimilate the information, the feedback and tutors very helpful, overall a very satisfying experience. My personal tutor Kelly was available to clarify and point me in the right direction when I needed. I was always happy to see when one tutor in particular had marked my work, Jaki, She was enthusiastic and encouraging and made me very excited to complete the next module! My work was always marked very quickly, allowing me to build up momentum to complete the course and I'm very happy with all the work I put into my course.
