This company is shady. They allege that someone canceled our order but can't provide a name or any information about who canceled it. They just lost out on a $900 order because we are now taking our business elsewhere.

Both Coroplast inserts broke with two months of normal and rather gentle use.

Although I wasn't sure I made the right purchased after seeing a similar item elsewhere for cheaper, I really do love our leaning bookshelf ladder! The directions weren't very clear as the sides and which directions the shelves should be so I was worried I'd have to start over but luckily it all worked out. It's perfect and we love it for our unique nook space in our home.

Received the piece of furniture ordered in damaged condition. Been working with a customer service agent since October 29th. Still awaiting a resolution to the issue at hand.
