Easy to order, fast shipping, and excellent customer service. I ordered the ballot box and stand, when it arrived the inside threads weren't set right for assembly. A replacement was sent without hesitation and arrived quickly. The customer service rep was very kind and helpful.

It took them twice to get it right, but I did finally receive my order the second time in usable condition. Customer service was outstanding (5star), but their shipping department needs better training(1star) as the first time they barely wrapped my item so no wonder it arrived badly broken. Since this is my first time doing business with them, I'm hesitant to do so again. (3star average)

The racks and display case that I ordered are awesome. They where exactly what we needed to update our concession.

My order was placed nearly 3 weeks ago, and I have not received the order nor any updates as to where my order is in its processing. Now, when the order was first placed, I received a confirmation email which stated the order will ship in approximately 30 days. Currently this review is posted within that time period. However, I was asked today to post a review of my order and my satisfaction with it. With regards to the product itself, I cannot rate it because I have not received it yet.

One small purchase and dozens of emails spamming me for reviews. Product is fine but super overpriced and no instructions. For the price I’d expect a lot more.

We love the display cabinet but the delivery was terrible. We were left to bring in the 233 lb glass cabinet with no help from the delivery person. I would have given it a 5 star if that were better.

Did not realize that assembly was required. Very poor assembly instructions, however once assembled the display looks good.

We paid $250 for the Wall Sign Holder (Order#WEB102666990). The shipping cost is over $60, but the packaging was so flimsy, the product was broken in pieces when it arrived. We sent email to displays2go for a refund but still haven't heard back.
