Displays to go is an amzing company. I ordered a case for a ship that i had built. It arived with a crack in it. when I called them they were quick to send me another one. No questions asked. I sent them a picture of the damage so they could evaluate. The second case came in half the time was so securely packed. I am recommeneding them to all the members of our model ship building club. My order was easy to place, it arrived quickly and safely. The only thing is the tax shows up on the invoice, and it supposed to come off when delivered and charged and I am supposed to get a new invoice with no tax, but have to received it yet.

three weeks later i still havent recieved my package.

Delivery was not satisfactory. They didn't bring the item into the building, left outside. We were very satisfied with the product however. Had to pay someone with a lift jack to bring into the building. Keep that in mind with any larger items you order from this company.

The pre-printed floor decals look great and were delivered quickly. I'm still waiting for an updated invoice that shows no taxes since we are tax exempt. I can't submit it for re-reimbursement until I get this.

I purchased the Art Display Grid to use in art shows. They came with a leg bent and the panels can not stand by themselves because they were bent and coming forward. I called and they sent me another new package. I received a second set and one is still bent, one of the four is better but not perfect. I think the construction of the pieces is very poor. I will not recommend it.

I am really pleased with the display shelves I bought!! I have lots of small items (eggs, rocks, etc.). I wanted them on different levels for viewing. The shelves are perfect on my entertainment center.

Ordered Honey Wheat tripod easels and the easels arrived great. Unfortunately, the color is different than the website color. It had too much reddish tint to them. Called to return and so far, the return has been ok. Will update if any issues with the return.

I would give 5 stars but there is a dead bug embedded in the white coating on the top of the cardboard and because it's on one of the front parts of the shelves, it's quite visible. I can't remove it. I wish I could at least hide the dead bug 😢

Display is fairly sturdy and easy to put together. Shelving easily removed for transporting.

The table and chairs that I ordered arrived a few days ago and they are fantastic. The chairs are comfortable, easy to move to various locations as desired, because they are not too heavy like many similar chairs. The aluminum construction is great, well built, very good looking, and just what we were looking for. The table is ample size for a family of four to have a nice dinner on the deck, or to have cocktails at the end of a long week. The delivery was as expected and everything arrived in PERFECT condition. I commented to my wife that the packing was exceptional, I would be proud of the packing. When I put in my order I was informed that it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery because it was not stocked. I understood and was very pleasantly surprised when I got it in about 3 weeks. The price was GREAT, the product quality is EXCELLENT, and the company's service from order to delivery was wonderful. Thank you.

I rarely do reviews, but I purchase this display case and when it arrived it is beautiful. It was packed very well, double boxed. I was shipped so well that I used all the packing to ship one of my sculptures, a fairly delicate piece. I plan to purchase more of this display case. Oh, one more thing, the price was the best I could find after search the web and locally for an hour or more. I would like to add that Displays2go would sell many more if they could have some different sizes in this larger size, or better yet, offer custom displays.
