Recieved children's easel yesterday - it arrived broken (chipped wood and the wooden peg that holds the easel open does not fit through the hole). There are chips in the wood ledges. In addition, it looks like it was used (wiped clean). The chalkboard itself isn't a chalkboard and neither side - white board or "chalkboard" are not magnetic. I don't understand what makes this a children's easel. Buyer beware - NEVER buy from this company! Shipping cost as much as the item itself.

I ordered 2 frames to hold 12 x 12 prints. So I ordered 12 x 12 frames. They sent me 15 x 15 frames matted to view 12 x 12... which obviously won't hold a 12 x 12 print... the whole size of the prints that I have are 12 x 12. A huge waste of money & time!

ZERO customer support. Items not received.

We placed an order almost 2 weeks ago for a product that was 7 days lead time and after several calls and promises the item still hasn't shipped!! This was an important need for our business and after everything we have ordered this is by far our biggest disappointment with your company. It will be a miracle if I get approval to order from you again.

I’d been searching for a cute little table & chair set for my small balcony and I finally found one for a GREAT price at Displays2Go. The shipping was really fast, I was so excited when it arrived at my door less than two weeks later, especially since deliveries have been grossly delayed lately due to the pandemic. My excitement was short lived, as the main part required to assemble the table was missing and the chairs looked a bit “used”. Hey, it happens, this wouldn’t be the first time something from an order was missing. However, it’s been almost impossible to get the missing part sent to me. You’d think it would be sent express delivery as a courtesy since it was left out, but no; I’ve been waiting to hear back/receive the part for over a week. I’m really disappointed.

I bought two desks w signs for the front. There are no markings so it’s super easy to mess up. Also on one desk the center holes line up with the center board so you can’t drill through it. This sucks

Order was a mess. Only received partial order. Missing one entire unit but was charged for the entire order. In addition there were missing parts. No hardware with one unit.

I love the look of the donation box. I did however miss that the material was laminated wood and not steel. I'm concerned for the longevity of the display in our high traffic lobby. It was clearly noted in the description by Displays2go, so that's obviously an issue on my part not theirs. It did go together a little wonky though as two of the holes that mount the base to the upright portion were tapped slightly crooked. Also the base is not entirely square when i threw a tape on it so i had to sort of find a best middle ground to square up the base and upright. I should say that i work in a Museum and the fine details are important to us. All in all though it serves our needs, and if we can keep it from being struck by janitorial or rental companies setting up events for us then I'm sure we will love it. Trying to be very fair here with my thoughts.

Purchased a hard case to hold poles for a display purchased elsewhere. When the box arrived, the plastic was cheap, and as soon as I loaded it, the strap snapped. When I went back and looked at reviews, it was a common issue, that seemingly was never resolved. It's disappointing that they would carry such a terrible product and charge so much for it.

Love the letters. Short 1 so I want to but the 2 inch letters now i need to buy a whole case. I just need letters not another box UGH. Dennis

We received our order in good time, shipping was pretty fast overall. Unfortunately, as they are shipped disassembled to be more cost effective; we didn't find out until they were almost completely built that one cabinet was missing the entire locking mechanism and the other came with no hardware to install the door, or the locking mechanism. I did email to see if I could get the missing pieces sent to me, but have not received a response leading to this two-star review. Overall, the products are the quality I expected, but not receiving all the parts that should be included and not getting a response to my email in a timely manner has led me to believe I will find a new supplier for display cases. Perhaps if I get a response and they're willing to send the missing items via expedited post I will revisit my current opinion/review. Edit: I finally got a response from this company after posting this review. They asked for additional information which was provided in my initial email, and then neglected to respond. I still do not have my missing pieces and am entirely unimpressed by their customer service. Take your business elsewhere would be my recommendation.

Signs didn't stick to the floor, (for only a few days); when cleaning (contact with water) they fell off.

Great service delivering to Canada. I love that they include all the duties in the quote, 2/2 so far with no surprises at the border.

I bought one a few months back and loved it. So when my next movie poster came in I purchased another. The product is great but the price is a bit steep but again I loved the product....
