I ordered 5 signs that totaled over $1000 and unfortunately they really weren't worth the money. First of all, every box was nearly destroyed during shipping. For heavy items, you'd think to use more heavy duty boxes. Next, I'm assuming due to the boxes being in such bad condition, one of my 5 signs did not have hardware and I had to figure it out with what I had on hand. Furthermore, one of the signs were bent badly and I had to take a rubber mallet to it in order for a sign to even snap into place. Lastly, one of the sign spring pegs did not line up, so I had to take apart the entire peg area in order to be able to slide it over to line up. Of course there were no instructions on how to do this either, so I just had to take it apart and hope it was meant to be adjusted that way. Overall, not very satisfied with having paid so much for the order, but at least my company had them on time.

You have not shipped nor have we received our order. Apparently it is on backorder longer than you implied. You have not kept us informed on the status. Please advise when it will ship. Our client urgently needs the item.

The poster frame was securely package and arrived undamaged. It was easy to use and hang. Saved on assembly time.

Product is excellent but delivery took longer than promised and it was slightly banged.

Horrible experience. We spent almost $300 on iPad stands that turned out to be defective - then they deducted a fee to ship them back from our refund. Absolutely nobody has answered my complaint after a week.

Well constructed and easy to assemble. Comes in two boxes, mine came days apart. The rack and center post were together in the first box, the second box arrived 4 days later (a direct return to Amazon from a Florida customer sent on to me - her paperwork was still in the box). The base was fine although I think the card holder for the top is missing the finishing slotted cap. In all, pleased with the rack - everything arrived in time for the art show two days later.

My item came damaged and they responded extremely quickly and the replacement arrived promptly. This type of customer service is why I choose to buy my products from Displays2go and recommend them. Thank you.

I ordered a display board for my business. It came without an instrument to write on it. Only after many attempts did I find it is a WET WRITE board and dry writes won’t work

My desired item was out of stock. I requested to be notified when it became available and my order was received with in 48 hours. Display looks great!

The first order of acrylic shields was fine and just what we wanted for our public library. We then ordered a hand sanitizing station that came with an acrylic mount missing a critical hole for the screw, no 11"/17" frame to hold the announcement, no hardware to connect the post to the base, and missing hardware to mount the sanitizer and acrylic holder together. We requested a new piece of acrylic with the holes correctly drilled and received a package that had been crushed by FedEx and the acrylic was completely shattered. FedEx refused to take the package back. We then called the company and they promised to send a complete setup and said they would GUARANTEE that all parts would be included and correct. We're still waiting.
