United States | 21 July 2020I placed an order for 12 stanchions on June 5th, and was told the order would ship in 2 weeks. I checked in just before they were expected to ship to make sure we were on track, as this was a time sensitive need, but was then told the order would ship on July 2nd. I checked in just before that, and was told they did not have a ship date. So, I ended up ordering from another vendor (that had the same item at a lower price) on July 7th and received them less than a week later. I understand the supply chain has been a mess lately, and that ship dates have been impacted. HOWEVER, I reached out numerous times to Displays2Go without any response, and had to follow up multiple times to get any sort of acknowledgement. The situation could have been handled much better on their end, and wouldn't have left me with such a bad taste, had they at least responded to me.

I ordered 3 weeks ago, never received product, got this review email, called customer service, was on hold forever but when I tried to hit "2" for a call back it would drop my call. Rep was nice when the call finally went through but couldn't find my order even though I had an order number and the call dropped as I was on hold waiting for the original sales person to respond to the customer service rep.

I connected via the Facebook page and was assured that I would be contacted by customer service and that hasn't happened. I would certainly appreciate being contacted to resolve this very unsatisfactory experience.

Canada | 20 July 2020The sign we received is truly professional in both construction and appearance. If I was to make complaint it would be that the plastic face is translucent rather than transparent. That mutes the vibrancy of the colours of the image behind it. Otherwise,top-notch.

United States | 20 July 2020Purchased 9 of the QueuePole.Economy 41.5" Black Stanchion Post with 6.5' Black Retractable Belt. They arrived in less than 10 days. Wonderful because due to the pandemic it's hard to find these anywhere less than 30 days out. All arrived in perfect condition except one. The bolt in the base was damaged at the top so the pole won't thread on, and the base had a slight dent in it. I think it had a rough trip on the delivery truck. We'll just get a new bolt at the hardware store. This is I think my 3rd purchase from Displays2Go and I've always been happy with them.

United States | 19 July 2020This has got to be one of the worst B2B interactions I've had in a while! We ordered 100 clear acrylic table sign stands. The stand showed up with stickers on them that were hard to peel off and left a gummy residue that ruined the clear look. Also, the stands were warped and the upper lips didn't meet, leaving a wide gaping awful appearance. They also didn't hold the signs well, because the 2 sides weren't flush with each other (I have pictures of them). We couldn't believe what we were seeing and how different it was from the website. We called the company to find out if this was in error and how we could fix it. Not wanting to take a chance on the same item and the same bad quality, we identified another, slightly higher priced item and asked if that could be shipped out to us asap. The reason for the rush was because we were on the hook to deliver signage to restaurants in time for the weekend. Instead of making it up to us, and giving us the other item, I was told that the manager had not approved it and our only recourse was to ship the items back. I won't go into what we had to do to meet our commitments, the delays that caused to our delivery, and the lost business due to not having the stands. Fine, at least they were going to take it back and return our money. The order was $155 and $8.95 for shipping and handling, which I was expecting to be refunded. Not seeing any communication from the company as to the status of return (meanwhile I'm getting spammed left and right with offers from the company), I decided to check my CC to find out that they have credited me only $137.95?! The nerve of the company, after this experience to withhold some part of the total sale!! I have sent them a follow up email asking for an explanation as to the difference and to be credited with the remainder of the amount. If it's possible to update this review with the results, I will do so, but suffice it so at for now that I am appalled and outraged by the whole experience Never again! Update: I appreciate the prompt response. I will wait to hear from you tomorrow and update this accordingly Update Jul 25th: I got a message from the customer service rep I am dealing who wrote me "Hi Raj, This was because there were 11 units missing but the warehouse found them, please see the attached credit receipts." That's it! Not even a hint of an apology... and if I hadn't raised a stink about it, I would have just had to eat the cost for the "missing" displays!? I look at the credit receipts and there were 2 more for $16.70 and $9.30. Thinking this is finally over, I just checked my CC statement... there is a credit for the $16.70 and not for the $9.30... It just gets better and better! In their response here, the company mentioned that "Our customer care team will reach out as soon as our offices have reopened on Monday" That has still not happened. If my experience is indication, this company couldn't care less about customers, support or service Update Aug 2nd: The first business day after I posted the last update (last Monday), where I pointed out that I hadn't heard from anyone in customer service, as promised, I finally did. And presented below is the entirety of her response. I'll leave it up to the reader to appraise how *sincere* the apology is, and how much the company cared about my customer experience, even after all this. On the bright side (as I mentioned to the sender), the 3rd piece of the refund (with no explanation as to why it was fragmented), finally showed up in my account, so I will never have to deal with this company again! Hello Raj, I am contacting you regarding your review on order, [...]. I wanted to sincerely apologize for the delay in response and also the experience you have had with us. I have checked on your refunds and see they have been processed on our end as of 7/20. Normally, it will take an additional 5-7 days to show on your statement due to it clearing with the bank. I have attached the 3 refund receipts for your records. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

United States | 16 July 2020In December 2019., I placed an order for 5 curved large signs, but when we opened the box, 2 frames were damaged and 6 screen protectors were cracked. Then I live chat with one one of your team members who insured me that will not be necessary to send back the damaged frames and protectors and that he will send replacements. I reconfirmed the address with him and realized that after over 40 days later when I return from my vacation that we never received the signs as promised. When I chatted back with a different agent, I was told that that's not happening because the guarantee is for 30 days only and that the chats are not recorded so is nothing that they can do about it. I also called to speak with a supervisor but the automatic voice, was on and on without getting to speak with someone. I did understand that it is a Covid time, however I spend a significant amount a money with your company and that's the first time I experienced so unprofessional employees. If you want to verify my previous purposes please check my name not the CC number because is new. I ordered signage for my hotels in Arizona and Miami for over 7 years. Thank you for your professional reply , however now are 8 days after since your reply and no follow up from your team. ;(
