I paid for a second revision on a book from 2005 on April 6, 2020. They have not found the 1st revision ( only the original). The revision team does not communicate. I left recent phone messages on 6/10/2020 and sent my recent e-mail on 6/10/2020 and received no response. I called today, 6/16/2020. Again, not one on the revision employee was available. If they lost the first revised copy, just tell me. It has been 2 months and 10 days. Frustrating. The operator said if I want a refund that I could ONLY talk to a revision employee. I asked to speak to the president and the operator would not let me. Just the facts.

I am so proud of becoming a first time published author! Thanks to Iuniverse I have developed an establishment to produce more creative writing for future narrator(s) and writer(s)!!!

I feel like I spent a lot of money for eleven books. I kept getting phone calls wanting more money to promote my book. Seems to me that around $2000 should have done it. I like the book and am proud of it although there is a bad grammatical mistake that I missed and so did they but won't correct. Now I am waiting to see what is next, if there is a next. Very disappointed!!!

Finely completed my five year project! What God put on my heart I put in print. It was a real emotional roller coaster ride & what a ride it was for me extracting far gone memories from a lifetime of mountains & valleys. when I was on those mountains I was feeling Euphoric but when I was in those valleys I was feeling depressed but then I knew God was in control.

I have published two books through I Universe. The first was titled "SEX AFTER SEVENTY", and the second was titled "WEALTHY BY AGE THIRTY". I learned much by going through the process on the first book, so the second experience was much clearer. On both books, I Universe was diligent in performing their duties. I will use them again if I decide to publish more. I was particularly impressed with the critiquing by the editor for my second book. They gave me many useful tips on how to improve my writing. I investigated several other publishers and after comparing them all, I Universe was the best fit for me.

I don’t know where to begin. There was such incompetence from start to finish. i’m surprised they are still in business.

I first began using I universe then a lack of cash flow due to family Court. I universe has a protocol to follow and this works best for all. I had a lack of literacy education, however as I learned more using rescorces I vastly improved my novel. DARKSPARROW THE MASTERMIND. I was very persistent and dedicated to my manuscript. I estimated 6months but needed 3 years. Now with I universe I can continue my work for the sequel in 2years time and do forth. Traditional publishing offers meant to change so much about my characters that it would no longer be my work. With I universe I remain in control as well as working along side professionals. 10/10 I am connecting all projects to I Universe.

Everything proceeded quickly. The only issue I had was that one of my customers complained about missing pages in her volume, but nothing was done about it.

I have published 3 books here now. The price is the best thing, and the quality is superb.I have 3 Covid-related poems in this last one, One More Rhyme for the road.

To get to 5 stars, you need to fix (1) profile for authors to get email address correct. I had to re-correct mine several times during period of getting my book published, (2) profile for authors needs to give authors the option to opt out of constant harassment from book agents trying to market our books. They call constantly. They never should have author's home phone without author's permission, (3) I would give all departments at I-universe a 5 star rating except the marketing department which I would give a 1 rating. They also call authors constantly trying to market our book but no menu (like editorial dept) from which we could choose what type of marketing we want.

When I was about to become a client of iUniverse, Buddy Dow's voice and caring conversation meant the world to me. The virus was about to get bad and I wasn't sure what would happen with my book. Buddy answered all my concerns and the book turned out to be everything I had hoped it would. Yay Buddy!

I have wrote 4 books all published by IUniverse. They always delivered and gave me exceptional service. Customer service always followed up with the author. Email was on point addressing the next steps regarding the productive of book. I had no problems. Great! Team of people to work with.

I have published 6 books about Jazz History with iUniverse.This time was as usual a very efficient process.The consultants were prompt with advice and information- altogether another well produced publication. I would advise any authors to put their works in the hands of iUniverse

I have published two major books on Construction Law and Public Private Partnerships with iUniverse. I have formerly been with one major legal pubisher with prior books and self-published other legal guides. My experience has been exceptional. The pricing of the books and services is pretty much what you want it to be. You keep the copyright, so you can go another direction if it becomes a best seller. If you want to spend a ton on publicity and marketing services, they can do it for you for often significantly greater costs. But, the basic layout, publishing, book delivery, ebook production and author support has been absolutely professional and cost-effective. If you are not willing to spend a few thousand dollars to get your book in print, then it might not be worth it for you.
