All the services are well planned out and i especially like that it is an open ended agreement with them. They dont have a minimum time requirement and I liked the way they set up the cover art. I think the cover art for my book was awesome, I would definitely choose to publish my second book with Iuniverse.

They were able to get me through a process that I knew very little about. My book is published and they continue to help me to market the book. Overall I am happy with the way things worked out. My only regret is that I should have been a little more careful in developing the cover.

This company is a live and learn kinda experience.. their staff are VERY skilled at selling their product to you and often say things to convince you and give empty promises on the phone but do not follow through and eventually lie about it and make it seem like that was never said. The communication was a bit off between me and my check-in coordinator—what an awful experience. Everything felt so rushed and she barely responded to emails or phone calls. I had to call in and get that rectified. This was my first book and for my future books, I’ll strongly consider using another company. My book went live this week and now awaiting official copies so I’m keeping my little bit of faith for that part.

My first and only experience with them unlikely i will use them again.. They only make money from the author (mainly when initially signing on) and then will try to squeeze the author for more money along the way.. They are really only a place to get your work printed - don't expect them to actually market and sell your book - you will do all the selling. They are nothing more so don't expect anything more - in fairness the are only as good/bad as most of the other self-publishing companies out there.
