Now, I cannot even cancel the order because I was waiting for them to reply to my email and withdrawal period past. Good job, I'll pay for a car I will not be able to use because you don't provide the most basic thing for a SaaS: Customer Service.

United States | 28 August 2018I have worked with Kemwel over the past 22 years, I have both purchased and rented cars with them and been treated very well- I am a retired airline person so many wonder why I use a company other than one’s offering the airlines discounts- quite frankly I have always done better with price, product and service with Kemwel and they have honored their guarantees'- for example I just received notification on a pricing saving and called and worked with Elizabeth and she worked as hard for me with the courtesy and diligence one would hope for from a new sale, and this was a modification of an exiting reservation- she was delightful and offered exceptional customer service. That is why I am writing a review as I usually don't because I travel so much that it would become a full time job to be a critic. Thanks Elizabeth for your both personal and professional assistance and thank you Kemwel for another great price for my car- the GPS option is also a great one! Sherlee

United States | 26 August 2018Arrived in Ireland with my first Kemwel booking and was surprised with mandatory additional insurance (in direct contradiction to my Kemwel contract clearly stating no additional mandatory fees) at €5/day. Was not given the car without it. Called Kemwel, overseas, received no help. Had no other options, took the car for 5 days, then found another option, returned car at expense of €50/entire day drive back to airport. Was not refunded the unused days. Months later, rental car company refunded for the unused days with somewhat of an apology, but Kemwel still ignores majority of my correspondence. 23 days owed back! Neglectful and dishonest. Note: car rental desk in Ireland said Kemwel was usually a problem. Additionally, the car had mechanical problems and I did not feel safe driving it back across the country for this return! Total fail, Kemwel.

United Kingdom | 03 August 2018bad experience, I made a reservation the day of my arrival at the airport of Charleroi I paid on the site 120 dollars. I waited for the confirmation 2 hours after I received the confirmation, I spent to recover the car I did not find a reservation with my name, they asked me for a reservation number I contacted kemwel without Reply by email I did not get an answer until 5 hours later. imaginew I stayed in front of the agency with my bags while waiting for their response, the worst was my presentation with the reservation code, they asked me a surplus for insurance, and they asked me a surplus of 15euros per day because the car I booked on kemwel is no longer available because of the delay! I paid the deposit of 500 euros. after my reservation I claimed they offered me a refund of 15euros per day that I have not yet received and I asked to deal with my claim about the deposit that I have not yet received by what I I noticed that Europcar made me an invoice of 400 euros more as if I did not pay and until today I had no answer neither of kemwel nor of europcar

United States | 03 August 2018I want to find out what my additional fees will be for my car rental in Florence. The site is completely unhelpful in this area. But I can certainly expect extra fees, which I do not mind paying, as long as I am advised of those ahead of time (and they are reasonable). Customer satisfaction is all about setting expectations. And if I get to Florence and find added fees as I expect to, then I will never use Kemwel again and will tell others to avoid it too.
