I cannot praise the service this company gives enough. I ordered a sample tile on Friday, it arrived on Saturday. Happy with my choice I ordered the tiles later that day and they arrived on Tuesday! Unbelievable service plus an enormous choice and prices to suit all budgets. If you want mosaic tiles look no further than Mosaic Village

I ordered a sample several weeks ago and not received anything. No emails or any other other correspondence to explain the delay.

Ordered my Sample online. Received confirmation that my order was on its way. 5 days later (possibly due to the Christmas post) it arrived. Well wrapped up. The tile sample I ordered was beautiful. But sadly didn’t look right in area I wanted them. Would definitely recommend this company and their services.

I bought mosaic tiles for a feature wall. When they arrived 1 tile was damaged. I instantly contacted them. Received a reply that 1 strip will be sent to replace the damage. When the parcel arrived a sample tile was sent. I contacted again stating this is unacceptable. I paid the price for new item not damaged. I also said send a return label and I will send back for a replacement as it is not my fault. Still insisted that they are right. It's in their terms and conditions. By law a distance customer has the right to return a damaged item. Very bad service do not recommend them.

Couldn't be happier with the service the quality of the tiles and of the Delivery I originally bought these tiles from elsewhere and needed a few more to finish,mainly because the diy store i had bought from sent tiles with broken mosaic glass pieces,I wish I had bought all from Mosaic Village. I shall definitely be ordering from them again
