Great selection of tiles. Ordered 5 samples. 8 months later they refunded the cost of the samples very promptly after we purchased the tiles we selected. The glass mosaics we had for the backsplash in the kitchen really adds a quality look and finishes the kitchen off beautifully. Ecellent promt delivery.

Very helpful when original parcel was lost in post

The white jewel mosaic tiles I ordered are beautiful and just what I wanted as a feature wall behind my hob, The reason for not giving a full 5 stars is when I called mosaic village to ask them to deduct the money I paid for samples I ordered off them I couldn’t cause there answer phone was telling me all there staff were busy and could not answer my call, but I was busy too and I needed to order my tiles on that day and not have to wait for a member of there staff to answer my call to deduct amount for samples off my order, It does state on mosaic village web site before you make your order call there number and any samples you have paid for will be deducted from your order, So hopefully after my honest review is posted mosaic village will read it and this will not happen to any body else.This review is not at all unfriendly, I have left a positive feedback concerning the white jewel mosaic tiles,I can’t claim a refund on the samples unless mosaic village answer there phone,Will this stop me ordering again who knows only time will tell, but I will say mosaic village do offer a very nice range of designs,I will be getting in touch with you again “mosaic village”
