Very disappointed with the delivery. Tiles ordered on Friday 16th July with delivery promised for Tuesday 20th. I was messaged on Wednesday to confirm delivery on the same day. No Delivery on Wednesday and told driver involved in an accident however no update to the customer. Told on Thursday that the delivery will be Friday and again NO SHOW Very disappointed that the company lacks in keeping their customers updated if they have a problem and expects the customers to sit at home all day waiting for delivery

Excellent Tiles arrived in time & well packed. I cannot ask for more from mosaicvillage. They offer more options of mosaic. Customer service always willing to help & they respond to their call back service. I highly recommend them.

As a sample it is adequate and gives me an idea on a larger area. It was well packed and delivered within three days so my curiosity did not have to wait too long. The room being decorated will be another saga. Patience

really helpful service. Beautiful tiles in a colour way I'd been told "wasn't fashionable" and therefore not available at local tile suppliers. Thank goodness for the internet and suppliers like Mosaicvillage. Samples were really good size, but the full size tiles are stunning. I'm really pleased with them and free postage is always a bonus
