Really good prompt service

Ordered oil for latest delivery 29th January. Phoned to chase and answerphone tells me that they are unable to give delivery updates. That is very poor customer service. If there us a delay in delivery it should at least be notified to customers and updates given. I am told delivery is now 3rd February, so still waiting although funds were taken from my account over 2 weeks ago.

Another great fuel delivery as we have come to expect from this excellent supplier. Easy to book and pay via user friendly website with choice of delivery options. Friendly and helpful driver. My choice for all my oil deliveries.

Arrived well within time frame. Nice and early which suited me. Very pleasant driver and knowledgeable on oil tanks answering my questions.

The delivery team are always great, but the back office and customer support are not any more. Our order was late - after chasing them it eventually arrived four days after the end of the 14 day delivery window - and even then we did not hear from Goff but had to phone them to find out what was going on. Call handler on that occasion was fairly offhand, not particularly helpful, and could only say that there had been depot problems and our delivery would be the following week. We got a text message a few days later informing us of delivery the following day (anytime from 0630), and when we called on the day of delayed delivery the customer support person was unhelpful, fairly aggressive and bordering on rude. This could easily have been handled so much better - problems happen, but how they are dealt with is key. It’s a shame - we’ve bought our oil from Goff for many years, but will now try another supplier next time.

Sadly took 16 days to deliver and we ran out after 10 days so rather cold and not impressed even though I did ring and ask to be prioritised
