Always use Goff as they offer an excellant service. The drivers are always polite and do a fantastic job. I highly recommend Goff for their high standard of service and ordering nline is great.

Had to chase delivery once the delivered by date had past and still didn’t get the delivery for another 3 days, also for the second time I left the gate open for the delivery driver who doesn’t try to open the gate but comes through the hedge instead which has now got a rather large hole in it! So overall not a great experience.

Ordered emergency fuel and did not arrive on time - text at 6pm on the Friday the day it was due to say would be delivered Arrived late and although returned xtra payment fee it was irrelevant as you emergency order oil as it is needed we were without oil for the weekend

Delivery had a 14 day window and was to be made by 31/1/25. Customer Services “team” never answered their phone(s) Sales had no information and were unwilling to refer our calls to the delivery manager or indeed anyone else. The lack of informations and the unwillingness to provide an accurate delivery time even after the 31st was very disappointing. Goff used to be so reliable. Payment was taken when oil was actually delivered now we pay at least 2 weeks in advance, in reality not knowing when our oil might be delivered. Finally, oil was delivered today 4/2. Get your act together Goff!

I was told that .y oil would be delivered on the 31sr January. It didn't arrive till the 3rd February, this left me with no heating or hot water over a very cold weekend. I am a pensioner & live on my own.The result in the oil delay was i ran out of oil completely. I had to get a heating engineer out to restart the boiler after the oil delivery.

Order made on 17th, confirmed delivery on or before 31st. Didn't arrive until 4th Feb. No communication from Goff about the delay. Contacted customer services despite message saying couldn't tell customer date of delivery. Not a very helpful conversation with person I eventually spoke to. Very poor service.

I ordered oil from this company who normally deliver promptly, but in this case took nearly two weeks to deliver. Whilst I have no doubt they will claim to have been busy, the delivered to my next door neighbour a week earlier than they delivered to me. When I asked the driver why he could not deliver to me afterwards (a 5 minute job) he explained that my delivery was not on his list for the day, and as such he drove off, only to come back again - just for me - a week later. I would not order from this company again.

We ordered our oil online for the first time and the response was exactly as described. Our delivery arrived on time with no fuss. Thank you to all those involved with making it happen and run so smoothly.
