Due to a fault with my boiler l needed more oil quickly and for a slight increase in price it was delivered within a few days. Excellent.

Goff have always been good but this time things were not good. Order made 11th jan delivery on or before 27th. I wasn’t told there were problems with delivery. I had to live 5 days without oil.suffering an illness I was unhappy. However after I sent emails and a telephone call the oil arrived on 29th January . If only I had been told there were problems

Delivered earlier than expected which was very welcom

We ordered oil and was told it would arrive within 12 working days. However, the confirmation email lengthened the delivery time to 14 days. As we were getting low on oil, I phoned to ensure the delivery was happening. I was told it would be delivered either Wednesday or Thursday. I stressed the urgency. Today is Thursday so I phoned again and was told it was not being delivered today or tomorrow. The person could not state when the oil would be delivered, despite stressing the need. As a result, we have had to go elsewhere and arranged a delivery tomorrow through anther company, although having to pay extra for the delivery. We will not be using Goff again, as they cannot be relied on to keep to their stated timescales for delivery.

Had thought I had ordered online but no confirmation so tried calling customer service, main line and local. no answer from either. Opted for Sales and got through, funny that. Ordered express delivery and just had a message saying re-scheduled for tomorrow, we've been without for 2 days already, entirely our error but Goff don't provide a service we can rely on. Payment went through quickly enough hope the oil arrives soon. *Wish you responded to the customer service phone as quickly as you do reviews : - )

Whole process from placing order online to delivery was smooth and easy.

We have been a customer of Geoff’s for over a year now after moving to our present address. This time we ordered our oil on 12.01.2025 with a delivery slot NO LATER than 24.01.2025, no problem we always order in plenty of time. The 24th came and no oil delivery. We rang and was told it would be here on Tuesday so we rand on Monday to confirm, we were told yes it would be with us on Tuesday morning 2nd drop off. Really pleased as we had turned our heating off as the red light had come on (this has NEVER happened before). We had to go out on Tuesday but it hadn’t arrived before we had to go out so again we phoned and was told we were now 9th on the delivery run. Getting worried now let’s hope it’s delivered before tonight! It was finally delivered around 5.30. We know things happen but we had no contact from Geoff’s in all the time we were chasing our delivery. NOT impressed! We will be looking elsewhere where for our oil next time we think!

Ordering is easy and they try to deliver as soon as possible. For me ordering could be i mproved by having a 600 ltr option on the order form for those of us with a smaller tank and possibly having a top up option, other wise an excellent service.
