Genuine customer service where, for the first time in a long time, I felt that as the customer I was truly being put first. Polite, helpful and genuinely keen to help. We have had the most dreadful experience with Boiler Juice where, like many others it seems, we have received appalling service - the worst I believe I've ever encountered. I will only be buying my oil from Goff from now on. Thank you - excellent care and customer service.

Ordering online is easy and hassle free. Picked my delivery package which gave a latest delivery date. Oil was delivered before that date with a text message received the day before delivery. Delivery was quick and really wouldn't have noticed that they had been. Same experience every time we have ordered so will continue to use in future

Emailed day before delivery. Phoned one hour before delivery. Driver was very nice and did everything you would expect. Can't find any fault in this service. Thank you
