On my original order I was given a delivery date 2weeks ahead. I phoned to say I was very low and my oil was delivered the next day. Excellent service and some loyalty shown to me for being a Goff Customer for many years.

I filled in a survey you sent about priority customers of a certain age getting their oil quicker yet it took two weeks to arrive???

It took 13 days to arrive and it seemed that only a telephone call on the 12th day lead to any action. I had already run out of oil after 7 days!. If they can't deliver within 7 days without paying extra then perhaps I need to consider my loyalty. I have been buying from Goff for at least 10 years, often when they aren't the cheapest. there seems no relationship between supplier and customer, every time you need to insert details (payment etc).
