We informed this company of my father’s passing and we’re told we could settle our bill within a set period of time. 3 days later we receive a threatening letter informing us that they would send debt collectors round if we did not pay within 6 days. Disgusting. They even addressed the letter “to the late …..”. So fully aware of our situation. This company should not be used in my opinion. We will be following this us.

I had ordered and added on the delivery note we would be a blind fill. It took until the delivery driver arrived to let us know that Goff do not fill blind so would have been good to know before that.

Contactless delivery and so easy to book! Quick response and fantastic value for money. We don’t get our oil anywhere else!

Badly let down by Boiler Juice who continually lied to me about my delivery, eventually cancelled my order with them and placed with you guys, was told there had been a supply issue in my area but would hopefully deliver within the five days specified, you delivered as promised and so will use next time.

Reliable and efficient

Unfortunately our experience was not so great this time. Despite paying extra for a quick delivery [ we had run out of oil - our fault ] we still had to wait a full week for the delivery. then found out the oil was a couple of pence/litre elsewhere.
