I like the 24 hr notice but still get confused by the credit charge on the bill. If you pay when you order it shouldn't be on the invoice you get on delivery. Did you charge me or are you refunding me?

Goff Petroleum have supplied my heating oil for many years now. I go back to them because they invariably offer the most competitive price - and I do check around for prices. Their drivers are courteous, and respect my garden, through which the supply pipe must travel. I re-fill in good time, so do not pay for a fast service, but they are invariably here within seven days or so. Great supplier, great service - thanks
