I have Terminal cancer and am a vulnerable citizen. I made an order and paid an extra £62 to have oil delivered within 5 days. Five days later with no oil they have now told me they are unable to deliver in this timeframe and I have no oil. I have to wait another 4 days!! Honestly, the customer service representative was not nice and am shocked that they really don't care even though the error is from their side. For all their 'charity' work they cannot even put an order through correctly for a vulnerable person I have used Goff for many years, but will go elsewhere in future. This has a been very distressing for me.

I have been a loyal customer for years, You could haggle the price down and delivery has been much prompter than website promises. The last two deliveries were however just on time and on the website it looked like delivery times were pushed out two days (now back), I rang customer service the second time (to check), couldn't get through and got a recorded message that said if you were asking about delivery times they couldn't help you. Not really acceptable for a distribution company and seemed to indicate a problem. This time (Monday) their quote was 1.6p more per litre and the delivery time from the company was a week with no £25 surcharge. It actually came today in 2 days. They have done what they promised before but I have gone elsewhere because their standards appear to be slipping.

As always on time and delivery with no fuss.
