I needed heating oil ASAP, and Goff was not the cheapest, but their express delivery (an extra £30) was the fastest I could get - mind you this was still over a week away and I was without hot water in that time. The delivery did not arrive on the given date, I received no updates or explanation, and they did not reply to any of my emails for three days. The oil finally arrived 4 days later. Their phone automated service is long winded and unhelpful. Really terrible service, very disappointing. Better companies out there.

I will keep this short. We got the delivery, but, despite prior requests at point of order, had no communications until they turned up. Fortunately, I was at home to show where tank is. Why do they not have a telephone contact that actually connects? I don't remember how many times I called; each time I got an automatic message to call back 'because we are busy.' There is no way to leave a message. I wonder, have they ever thought of employing more staff? Not impressed at all. All very stressful. I will now happily pay more from a more local supplier who is happy to communicate. Will not be using Goff again.
