Goff did what they promised and the man at the front line was very personable when he made the delivery.

Obviously been some changes. Took over 20 days from placing order to getting it. New driver being trained on delivery therefore unsure on site and process. They blocked the close entrance stopping neighbour from getting out for 5 minutes and had to knock to check delivery process. I’m sure will improve.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. #

The delivery was excellent and as advised. Driver was efficient and courteous. My only criticism is having to be ready to receive the delivery on the scheduled date from 0630. I like to be ready in person to receive the delivery although this is not strictly necessary as everything is prepared. It would be helpful to know if the delivery will be in the morning or the afternoon. Even so, an excellent service. Many thanks.
