Great product and incredible support. What i look for in a company is ownership and transparency. My 360mm AIO had a manufacturing defect (gasket issue). Submitted a support ticket that was answered promptly and submitted my cooler pictures. Arctic responded in 2~ days and shipped an at home gasket fix kit. This is yet to arrive but everything has been prompt. What i appreciated is the full transparency of the issue, no if's, not but's, just straight up 'You have the issue, let us fix that for you'. Very unlike other manufacturers who hide behind blog posts and silences about product issues. Refreshing!

I bought my arctic freezer II 360 in june of 2022, and it has now stopped working. My pc just shut off one day and wouldn't come back on for more than three seconds, citing the following bios error message. "CPU Overheat". In the bios it shows that the fans are ramping up like normal, however the temps continue to rise to up to 95C even in the BIOS, sitting there doing nothing. I already tried: reseating the cpu, reapplying thermal paste, replacing the power supply, and finally, the Liquid Freezer II Service Kit. All failed to resolve the issue. I then sent a support ticket to arctic on the 7th, however there hasn't been any response yet. I tried calling the so-called "support hotline" only to be greeted immediately with an automated message telling me to make a support ticket. Update: They finally responded about a day after the initial review, and I’ve been informed that the delay was because of an unusual influx of support requests over the weekend before. That being said, once they did respond, they were very quick in diagnosing and dealing with the situation. Considering the first unit I bought failed within 8 months I am concerned about the longevity of the replacement part, however I’m going to assume that was just a fluke. I will update this review if anything goes wrong again. Ticket: #CS370688

I bought one of arctics products. Firstly it seemed good and high guality, but then i ran into problems with it. I made a support ticket and now after nine days they still havent answered. My support ticket number: #CS124404 Edit: My support has been answered and resolved.

Edit: After having a response at my ticket I can say hat the support team is professional and great and very effective thank you. Even if the response time was long it was apparently because of a dense period (logic it was Christmas). 1 missing because the installation guide was not very intuitive. Anyway great products and great support 👍 Old review: Arctic's products have a great reputation and indeed they look performant nevertheless I had two issues. The first one is the building instructions which are not very clear and understandable, the good point is that you can find some installation videos on their YouTube channel. These videos are clear intuitive and they reply to your comments. The second issue is unfortunately common and is the ticket's response delay. I don't know if it's due to holidays break but my ticket(#CS141279) had no response, When the message told that it would take up to 9 days it's been 12 days since my ticket was made. This 9 days message should be modified.

So muss Support funktionieren! Sehr nett, sehr kompetent, unkompliziert und schnell! Ich hatte einen Defekten ARGB Lüfter, nach gemeinsamer Fehlersuche (per Telefon) wurde mir direkt und unkompliziert einfach ein neuer Lüfter geschickt der einen Tag später ankam. Ich habe Arctic schon immer empfohlen und habe nun noch einen Grund mehr dies weiterhin zu tun!

Compré este producto, Z2-3D (Gen 3) el 4.12.2022, Pedido - 34328 Al recibirlo una semana después el soporte no funcionaba bien y solo pude instalar un monitor. Contacté con Servicio de Atención al Cliente el día 13/12/2022 exponiéndoles el problema en tres idiomas y con fotos incluidas, y recibí una respuesta automática que decía que podrían tardar en responder hasta 9 días. Ticket Number: #GI665227 Esperé pacientemente y ante la no respuesta por parte de Arctic volví a contactar con ellos el día 27/12/2022, es decir 23 días después. A día de hoy 31/12/2022 aún no me han contestado. Actualizo 5.01.2023 Después de ponerse en contacto conmigo, el problema se encuentra en vías de solución al comprometerse el vendedor a enviarme otra unidad. De momento estoy a la espera. Volveré a actualizar cuando se haya solucionado definitivamente. Actualizo 6.01.2023 De nuevo se ha puesto en contacto conmigo Simon, del SAT, para darme el tracking del reemplazo. He de decir que desde que se puso en contacto conmigo Simon del SAC, toda la gestión ha sido muy rápida y me ha atendido muy amablemente. La solución propuesta por Arctic, ha sido la sustitución del producto dañado por otro similar sin coste de envío, solucion que me satisface plenamente porque realmente el producto me gusta mucho. Volveré a actualizar cuando me llegue y por fin lo pueda montar y probar. Gracias Simon. Actualizo 12.01.2023 Ya me llegó el reemplazo del soporte y esta vez no he tenido ningún problema, lo he podido instalar y funciona perfectamente. En cuanto al producto en sí, he de decir que me gusta mucho. Evidentemente está construido con buenos materiales y tiene un diseño muy ingenioso. Los dos monitores se sujetan muy bien y a la hora de cambiarlos de posición, el movimiento es fluido. Lo volvería a comprar sin dudarlo por la calidad del producto y por su Servicio de Atención al Cliente, que me atendió muy bien aunque con un poco de retraso ante las fechas en las que nos encontrábamos. Selected the Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 based on the premise of overclocking the 7900X on a regular basis and this AOI exceeded my expectations. Checkout process was easy to use and AOI was packaged well for international shipping. Highly recommended for AM5 build.

Ich habe seit einiger Zeit einen LF II 360 ARGB und muss sagen das die AIO meiner Meinung nach bei weitem die beste ist die Leistung übertrifft fast jede andere die ich bisher hatte ist dabei extrem günstig und nur ganz leicht hörbar wenn sie auf 100% läuft der VRM Lüfter ist anders als man denken könnte nicht so hören Als 1 der Lüfter kaputt gegangen ist kam extrem schnell Ersatz. Einfach ein gutes Unternehmen.

UPDATE: Response time, I still think that is not normal, you have to improve this problem. For another hand, the proposal solution was not valid for me, because send faulty AIO, wait for check it and next send to me a repaired or new AIO, left me with a useless computer that I needed, because the CPU that i have, came with no cooler. So I had to buy another AIO and return the other to amazon. The product, it is very good, well constructed, 240mm is enough to keep in line the temps from my 13600kf (stock), stress testing (cinebench) does not exceed 75ºC, so on that side, very happy. ----------------------------- Like other reviews, very bad customer support, almost two weeks since i opened the ticket and it's remains unanswered. I ordered this heat sink to cool I7 12700k and momentarily it performs well, really silent and the cpu does not heat up. excellent purchase, I will recommend it to anyone who has doubts. good!

The product was not up to standards. It could not get in the Gigabyte G27Q's back hole, so we had to use spacers, but the longer screws were too long, so we had to use two washers to make up for the space. And that's just that part. The arms fail to hold the G27Q's weight, which I explicitly checked beforehand and should not have been an issue by documentation. The Z2-3D 3d gen fails to deliver on both of those accounts, not to mention general shaking of the monitors. My Acer G246HL is much smaller than the G27Q and also shakes a lot. We have tightened it all properly, and despite that we still have these issues. Edit: Yes, I have made a support ticket - #CS400766 Edit 2 (Jan 6th 2023): It has not yet been resolved. The ticket is ongoing and I recently replied, awaiting a response again now.

2 Weeks ago i created a ticket for malfunctioning fan. No response since then. Not a single one! I've searched so long before buying my liquid cpu cooler. All the comments about Arctic was that their product are so good and high quality and wonderful customer support. Well, thats not what i'm experiencing now! After i created my ticket, the auto-mail said it will take up to 9days but it has been 14. If anyone from Arctic reads this, please answer me back. Ticket Number: #CS849605 ---UPDATE--- After publishing this review, Arctic Team has contacted me regarding the issue. They've sent me a new fan, completely free of charge. My issue is solved. Thank you.

Edit: I have to say, after finally assembling the PC and using the Arctic cooler for a while, it's absolutely insane. My Ryzen CPU tries it's best to go to 95°c, but the cooler always keeps it at 80°c and with normal use it's more like 40-50°c. Although everything is fine in the end, I still had quite a lot of issues with the amount of time it took to get all the issues resolved with support (although they were very nice), so I cannot give 5 stars. But I wish I could! You won't go wrong with Arctic if you just want the best you can get. My original review: I like the cooler that I purchased and Arctic seems like a company that values quality products. Unfortunately, they shipped my cooler with only three out of four mounting screws necessary for it. I have no idea how that even happens, but okay. I created a ticket ID and asked for that missing screw. However, it's been 10 days and I still haven't received a single reply to it. In case something goes wrong with your purchase, I think it's safe to say you might expect similar treatment.

I got broken fan. They also charge more for delivery cost (in site when order 6.9 euro, but i pay 5 euro more for delivery when product come. Update Ticket number : #GI109648 I send ticket 09.12.2022 till 15.12.2022 no answer. Just never buy artic products again. I need to deal with this broken fan in days and loud noises from it. Update Support contact me and “send” me new fan on Mo 19.12.2021 with dhl. Till today 6.1.2022 i never recive fan. On dhl page where i can track delivery it show “The shipment is prepared for air transport and loaded into a transport container”. I dont get it when i order before from arctic every delivery come in 7-8 days now when i complain it take days and days. Any way dont need fan i buy other. I cant wait for days with broken fan.
