Purchased a 24 inch lace front wig for more than &400. Noticed after a few days that it was dry. Then after a few weeks I realized that the front and back were much shorter& the curl pattern was different from the longer length. At first I thought maybe they layered the wig by mistake. But, as the wig became dryer, it looked like two wigs not a wig that had been layered. I tried moisturizing but it did little to change the look of the wig. The response from the company is that they don’t make the wig fully 24 in to save the customer money! Instead they use two lengths! I’ve never heard of such a thing! If I select 24 in then o expect 24 in. And, the customer should be apprised beforehand and given a choice in the matter! They offered me $15 then $30 and said it was my fault since the wig had been worn! They can keep their $30. I will never order from them again! Beware!

Received a wig that was nothing like the style that i ordered. Although the return policy says they will refund for sending the wrong item they refused to pay the return shipping cost. Had to make a claim via paypal who reimbursed me for this scam.

Love how this company always sends me the correct custom size cap & colour I need unlike a few companies that have lied to me and sent me the incorrect size and I am not able to wear the wig! So I will keep purchasing from this company. :)

I bought a wig meant to be 24 in 180 density not as described want to return but the company want to charge me a restocking fee in addition to me having to pay to return the hair, even though it’s not as described. They want to offer me $10 to keep it. It is a shame as this company used to be my go to for quality hair extensions and wigs. You can see my response from the company that even though the item doesn’t fit the description they want me to pay return so in effect you’re asking me to shoulder the cost of a faulty merchandise without considering the customer. This is crazy not to mention the restocking fee which they have not mentioned here.density is not as described! Hair is not as described as it’s supposed to be 100% human hair and it has synthetic fibre mix.

Premier Lace Wigs I usually wear synthetic wigs which can be fine, but I end up having to replace them. My sister recommended that I try Premier Lace. She told me that the wigs are bespoke which is why they take up to 30 days to be delivered. I placed my order on 21st July, expecting to receive it towards the end of August, but it arrived today, 31st July! Very quick! Not bespoke at all. To say that I am extremely disappointed with this wig is an understatement. I like thick, voluminous hair and the pictures on the website all show images of thick hair. This wig is badly cut in layers and you can see through it, it is so thin! The colour is supposed to be 1B, but under the light, the top of the wig is a reddish colour. This item is inferior quality, not at all worth £172.72!! I was looking forward to my order and was hoping to be able to recommend Premer Lace to others, but I cannot. I have sent an email off today, asking to which address this item is to be returned and requesting a full refund.

I purchased a custom unit from Premier lace wigs spending over $500 , the fit was good , but I cannot bleach the knots or the hair, I have asked if this is human hair and they reply yes, however it cannot be lightened because it is 1B color I don't understand, the hair is Brazilian virgin hair A Grade 10" silky straight, after spending so much I must admit I am disappointed,the lace is very itchy, and after washing there is a lot of shedding no baby hairs on the plus side the sizing is good Ref TSW03, also very dark for 1B

I have bought several HD wigs from Premier and so far the lace on all of them melts better than any others I have tried including the new "clear lace". Their prices are good and the hair is always on point. I have referred people to them. I always order color #4 reddish med brown. I used to buy from Wow Ebony whose wigs and lace are just as good and a little bit cheaper but they don't offer the wigs in the #4 shade. The color always has been nice for each wig I have purchased from Premier. They just lift the color a couple of shades which I can do but I don't have time. The last wig I got from them was a little darker than usual without the reddish highlights but I made it work. This time though the color is way way off. It is very light red, almost strawberry blond. It won't work for me at all so I contacted them and they gave me $10 refund. It will take me a few hours to color and condition plus the time to go out and get hair color which costs me more $$.. I think $10 is not enough of a discount to make up for the time, the product to buy and inconvenience especially when they see that I have been a loyal customer for a long time so I am disappointed. That is the only reason I gave 3 stars. Next time I will save the money and just order natural color and color it myself like I used to or buy from the other vendor. Honestly, I am surprised they let this wig out the door. Do they not have anyone doing a double check on the order to make sure the color is right? I would still stick with them if they gave me a better compensation but $10 shows me that they do not appreciate my business.
