I order from Premier Lace Wigs all the tine. The quality of their wigs a re really.great. Their customer service is outstanding: and the prices are great. Customer service is excellent and shipping was less than 5 days.

The worst company I ever dealt with in my life. NEVER EVER order custom wigs (don’t know how better their standard wigs are) from this place. I ordered custom wig from them, I took measurements exactly as instructed on their website, and the wigs came out an 1/2 inches shorter from sides and back. It is because they didn’t consider the elastic shrink in the middle. The measurement instructions, no where they mentioned to add extra length so they should have used their judgements. Not only that, I had added a note in for them in the order form that these are exact measurements of my scalp and still the wigs turned out smaller than expected. Also, they knew I was not going to be able to return this wig because of customization, they added a lot of short hair on top of the scalp that those hair stand up when I put on the wig. Also, when I sent them email to let them know about this issue, I received holiday closing notice with a discrepancy. The email said their holiday starts 2/1-2/11 and their website posted holiday notice that starts from 2/12 to 2/22. I would have posted the pictures if this allowed me to do so. Very disappointed and so sorry that I didn’t listen to my family and ordered two wigs at the same time. I in trusted and thought since my condition requires me to wear wig at all times, I would need them. Wasted almost $500 of my hard earned money. Phone number listed is not a working number as well. 3/5/2019 Update: these people are not trustworthy. They say one thing do something else. After so many back and forth, they agreed to take only one wig back because I cut the lace of one wig as per their suggestion to put on a bigger head to stretch, which was not helpful either. First they agreed to return 100% since its not my fault that they didn’t consider weave length loss when making these wigs then they backed off from their word said would only return 70% for it, but when I asked they the dollar amount they were to return they said $100. How is $236.75 wigs 70% is $100. I did make report to consumers affairs and also looking to find alternative solutions. They can’t just do the business in US, make money, and put their hands up when quality is in question. I tried to take pictures and paste here but somehow it’s not working. I’ll try again. Response: 1) I have given you all the pictures to prove both wigs are brand new with tags attached. Except ones lace is cut as you suggested to put on a bigger head for stretch. 2) I have sent you the copy of the email that I received in response to the email letting you know that the first wig is short. Also, I tried multiple times to call the number listed above but only received busy tone. 3) I also sent you the holiday notice email to prove it had discrepancy. 4) I’m aware of your policy about custom wigs, but your policy did not say that custom wigs will be made poorly. As far I remember, it says you’ll take the items back if not made per order. You are misleading the customers. 5) you made the item wrong because I had said again and again that the measurements are exacts as per your chart on you website. How is it my fault if you made them per the measurements but forgot to add the weave length loss. Your chart didn’t say anywhere to take weave length in the consideration. It was your duty to think it through before you made the wigs. Only asking me that these measurements are correct isn’t going to help, you did not once ask or tell me that this will need weave length added. I GAVE YOU MONEY THINKING YOU ARE EXPERTS. 6) I compromised with you to return only one wig with intact lace even when ithe other wig’s lace was cut per your advice and otherwise it is as new with the tag attached. I am taking complete loss on one wig even when it is not my fault and asking for 100% for the second wig. EVEN WITH THIS DEAL I’M LOOSING MORE. 7) Don’t forget all the short hair you added right on top of the scalp. Is it because you knew it would be difficult for me to return?

This was custom cap to my measurements. It fits really good. Unit does not feel large and is light. I especially like that there is NO Bunching in the back area of the unit. I like the parting of the silk-top and the color was good too. I really like thisunit and will consider another custom unit in the future. Custom cap is the way to go for me. I am impressed with the results.

It’s extremely thin even for that price. If it like they slit the wefts in half. Cute wig. Styled perfectly but it’s very very thin.

It looks nothing like the same hair in the videos and if you want a refund you have to email them for a address and when you do ask for a address to send it back they don’t reply they take your money and don’t want to know afterwards! And now Iv lost £35! And now have a wig I don’t want!!! Don’t shop here money grabbing scam! Of a company!! AVOID! At all cost!

This wig is Beautiful in all. The hair is so silky, and the natural waves are perfect. I have ordered many wigs from here and they are all beautiful, but this one so far is the best and my favorite. No one could go wrong by ordering this wig in the natural wave.
