I am a very loyal customer, ordered numerous times and never had any issues until recently. I ordered 3 bundles and a middle part closure. NEVER received the closure but they insisted I did receive a closure it just was not a middle part closure as I ordered. They had the nerve to say to me in a email "you know we sent the closure add the middle part yourself" So RUDE. Pretty much calling me a LIAR. The company admitted to not sending what I paid for and says will give me a refund if I don't like the part I add. How can I add a part to something I do not have, and again that's NOT what I paid for. Highly disappointed. They could have simply sent me what I ordered. I am sure it would not send the company into bankruptcy smh.

I was told my wig would arrive by Saturday afternoon I specifically emailed them and asked what wig can I order that would be there by Saturday. The One I wanted they told me would not be there. So they sent me a link of one that would. They specifically told me if I ordered this particular wig right Now it would be there by Saturday. So I purchased the wig right away and a couple of days later I was told that it would be arriving by Monday! I immediately emailed them and all they gave me was an apology and send it back. I have been purchasing wigs with this company for years . While we were emailing each other they just told me to let them know when I get and send it back. This has happened a couple of times in the past and I let it go and even kept the wig. While we were emailing each other they unprofessionally left the conversation while I was still had questions!!! Is this how you treat your FAITHFUL CUSTOMERS???? So unprofessional!!!

Definitely not a 180% density wig that I ordered for. When I emailed to the customer service, I was replied it is 180% density and hope you understand!!! Lol, what should I understand when I am a wig wearer since many years and I could clearly differentiate the difference! Also, the hair is very thin at the ends not defining the density I ordered for, doesn't even match 120% density what other wig companies offer! Total disappointment :( The pro is the hair is very silky

The wig I ordered was thin and I’m not sure if it’s real human hair or feels like a blend. I don’t like it.

Customer service response and delivery was pretty good. My initial review of the quality and curl pattern is ok, because the texture of the wig feel like its a mixture of human and synthetic fibers, instead of 100% human hair as its advertised. Hopefully once I get use to it, play and work in the unit, I can truly determine if the wig was worth the money.

Terrible quality!!! I have been using units for 7 years and this is by far the worst ever. Not even 2 weeks and I'm losing hair by the handfuls. I'm scared to brush it because everytime I touch it hair falls out. I sent and email to explain and I get told it's 24" so it sheds !!! Serious ?! Some shedding is normal but handfuls in the sink with the knots basically slipping undone !! I would not order from this company. You will not be getting what you pay for unfortunately

The fit of the was superb. The quality of the hair was excellent. The hair was very soft. The only issue I had with this unit was the fact that it shed a whole lot. I shampooed and conditioned the unit and it was shedding like crazy. It was shedding by the handful. I only paid $120 for the wig and I didn't have very high expectations for that price. But from their previous advertisements from other buyers I thought the quality would have been much higher from this company and it wasn't. The shedding of the wigs hair was the only problem I have with this wig.
