The wig is beautiful,soft and the cap fits perfectly. The silk top at just the middle part is a game changer. I chose a higher density but she was still thin so I will need to add hair to compensate for everyday shedding etc. I purchased the elastic band thinking it would be sewn into the wig because of the picture but it just came on the side. Will definitely repurchase and change the density.

I was happy to receive my wig within 3 business days, and it looked exactly as depicted!

I ordered a medium color lace which would take 30+ days and received transparent. The company stated it would take 50 days and because its a colored wig it did not matter. I don't know Chinas policy but, the customer is always right where I am from. For $200+ I expect what I ordered. I had to make accommodations to buy make up just to blend this wig in and make it seem natural. It is frustrating because I do not wear make up. I already have a natural pretty face. Now I must clog my pores each time to wear a wig.

The shipping takes months You feel like your not going to get your unit.. 3weeks and still haven't received mine.. Can't get an answers on the whereabouts of unit..will reply but with no information as to delivery date...I would rate the hair quality...BUT I CANT SINCE I DONT HAVE IT

I've ordered from Premierlacewigs multiple times until recently I noticed a pattern in PLWs quality. In the beginning the quality of hair was amazing however, as I continued to order from PLWs I noticed when I tried to bleach my knots they wouldn't bleach. The 180% 360 lace wigs aren't truly 180% density. I've compared my first couple of wigs to my newest purchases and there is a very apparent density difference. A part from not reviewing 180% density I noticed my hair sheds immediately soon as I take it out of the package. Obviously this is concerning since the density of the hair isn't truly 180%. Through all these problems I continued to order from PLWs until my very recent purchase I received a few days ago. I decided to put waves in my hair when I noticed there were plastic fibers melting on my curling iron. On top receiving the wrong cap size. I tried to stay a repeat customer bit after several experiences of poor hair quality I can no longer purchase from PLWs
