Premiere Wigs did an amazing job with this unit. The hair was absolutely beautiful. It was so soft and silky. I’m fairly new to wearing lace wigs so this was an extremely great experience. Looking forward to my next purchase with them.

They provide quality hair and shipping is free and in a timely manner. The staff is available to answer your questions online or they get back to you. They stopped selling a particular hair system I liked so I contacted them via chat and was told I can have that particular hair custom order. They do provide solutions to a problem you may have,, I highly recommend Premier lace wigs.

The wig is very soft and nice. It was just a little thin at the ends.

Arrived quickly, good unit. Little shedding, great texture. Came in a bag not a box like before which was weird. I ordered three units.

Great products and speedy delivery.

I ordered a pre-plucked Indian remmy wig. The hair was very soft and silky even before washing it and adding products. The hair was 180%, it felt a bit light/ not as full but it was still very nice. Washing a had a bit of shedding but not too much. Their customer service was very nice, I had people replying to my emails whenever I got in touch. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because of their returns policy, I believe any hair which is still in its original packaging should be shipped back for free instead of customers having to cover return posting fees.

Love there wigs especially there yaki texture. This last wig was my 4th purchase as always great quality for the price. The only thing I didn’t like was how they bleached the knots I paid the extra $10 for knot bleaching and it looks like it was barely bleached other then that very happy

Their customer service isn’t good at all. My wigs lace came way too dark. And wanted to know what I could do to make it seem more realistic or possible send it back for another one. I was told I’d have to pay for the return on my own even tho the lace they provided on the wig was dark. They did send a wig cap which was nice but it was dark as well. Every time I spoke with customer service I always got a “sorry this happen to you but there’s nothing we can do” attitude. The hair itself was pretty thin. It definitely isn’t the best quality but I would still wear it maybe a couple times if the lace matched. It’s so hard to get someone from the company to respond to you. Please ladies.... I know we all want an affordable wig.... and we all like to cut corners... we read reviews and think well maybe it won’t be tha bad. Don’t do it. The hair isn’t 100% virgin human. You can tell by the touch. And you will be left feeling stuck with a mediocre product. And out of pocket 175$ Response to reply: You see what I mean.... they are rude. “Everyone knows that.” Obviously everyone doesn’t know that if you receive a product you don’t like because of its quality you have to pay to send it back. That’s not ALL hair companies policy. And it isn’t very helpful being that you are in China. Shipping ISNT cheap. AND let’s be clear... I’ve contacted your company so many times regarding a refund. So many time regarding my package not coming when you guys said it would. Contacted you multiple times about not receiving a tracking number or any word besides that you took my payment. And I paid $165 because I used a discount code. You are correct about that. $10 is such a big difference. You guys are so focused on responding and trying to find holes in my review that you still aren’t doing anything for me as a customer. Yes it does say light brown.... BUT BEEARE LADIES.... light brown IS NOT LIGHT BROWN. If your skin tone is a bit lighter or like peanut butter brown or lighter this lace will be NOTICEABLY TOO DARK and you will have a dark cast. No way you are laying that thing and making it look LAID! Unless you smother your forehead with baby hair or cut off every single piece of lace. THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOOD WITH ANSWERING QUESTIONS. They do not reply and when they do they are rude. They are not helpful. The hair isn’t virgin.... okay I get it.... but DONT dare think you will get any good use out of it. That’s a one and done wig unless you take it off every single night. Buy from them at your own risk. Premier lace wigs please REPLY TO MY EMAILS AND INSTAGRAM MESSAGES ABOUT MY RETURN. I will never use this company again. Advertisers are liars. If you would like I can post conversations and photos of how trash their customer service and wig is. Hope this helps someone and they don’t delete it and only have the 5 star reviews up. Because that’s lies.

The hair sheds very badly I can’t even enjoy it .. honest truth. It’s sheds wet or dry all day I can’t even touch my hair

This wig is amazing. I was nervous about the cap size because my head is small but the average cap fit perfectly. The shipping was super fast. I will purchase from Premier again.
