I love the hair on the lace wigs. I love that the wigs hardly shed at all even after several washes. Would definitely recommend

Amazing customer service! Anytime I had a question or was checking on the status of my wig, I would get a response within a few hours. The shipping was very fast. I got my wig within 3 days of them sending it out. Very professional and my wig is absolutely stunning. It was custom made and you can clearly see that so much care was taken into constructing it. The hair is absolutely gorgeous and very high quality. I order wigs from multiple companies all the time so I can tell good quality from bad quality. I'm giving them a three star because I ask them to sew in my elastic band and they did not. Also the silk base part has dips in it.

I gave this 3 stars because the customer service is good however, I have made three purchases to date and have not been happy with any of them. The hair sheds a lot and on my last purchased it tangled very badly. In a matter of days the front of 2 wigs started balding. It’s a 360 wig and it looks really bad. Not sure how anyone can hide that in the front of a wig. I love that they have small cap sizes in stock by the quality is lacking so I’m back at square one trying to find a quality wig at an affordable price. This is very disappointing because the company loves to advertise beautiful wigs on social media. None of my wigs have looked like those photos.

I was not able to use the tracking number to track my order. When I tried to call the company I kept getting voicemail. However the positive is that the product came sooner than expected.

I usually purchase from Premier Lace Wigs but I'm not at all satisfied with the quality of this particular unit, and have some doubts as to whether it is indeed virgin hair. Easily mattes and tangles with the best of care, and I am not new to caring for wigs. Decided to look elsewhere for my most recent purchase because of that.

Wig is beautiful however when paying more than $300 you would think the wig would have bleached knots and preplucked to look more natural. Also when paying for more density it should be all over not just the top of wig. Thick at the top and thin on the ends is not what I expected. Hairs very soft n great wave pattern.

item is perfect except for color , 2 shades darker then i thought. color chart does not represent true color, other wise okay. i will have to adjust color
