This wig is beautiful. It is nice and full and has a nice smell. The texture is soft and hair is very flowy. Would definitely recommend especially for the price.

Its pretty ar first but quickly gets tangled and falls apart

Let me just say the customer service was BEYOND incredible!!! I ordered my wig to wear on a family trip to the beach and was soooo about to cry that it wouldn’t be here on time due to Memorial Day being that Monday and me leaving for my trip that Thursday morning. That left literally 2 days for me to get my wig on time and plus I didn’t have a backup hair due in place in case it didn’t arrive. I reached out to customer service and my rep Wayne Wei, said they will try to make it so that I would have it by that Wednesday and they delivered!!!! My wig is sooooo freaking pretty and my sisters couldn’t stop admiring it. It looks just like my real hair and the curl pattern is so pretty. I got the small cap and would recommend others to do the same being that it does run a little big to me. I literally add water and go and it looks fabulous. I can’t wait to post pictures so others can get a better look. Plus the hair book that comes with it taught me so much about taking care of my wig and curl patterns. I’m literally about to go online and purchase a second wig right now!!! Love this company’s items and their will to please their customers as best as possible!!!

My experience with this company has been really good. Any questions or concerns I had they answered and were very nice about it which I appreciate. The wigs I received were of good quality. However they could improve a bit not much just a little. My kinky straight wig had small hair pieces that was a little broken off from the roots I didn’t like that but it wasn’t a major deal but for the expensive price it is. My curly wig I had no issues with it except it came with no combs inside the wig I feel they can give more details on the website bc I had no idea it didn’t come with combs.

The wigs are not the same in the photos! The hair does not dye and sheds terribly!

So far, I love this hair! I purchased a unit with 18 inches of hair and a 5×5 lace closure. The hair is soft, it doesn't tangle so far, and is thick (120% density). The hair reverts back to its kinky texture whenever it encounters moisture. The only thing I dislike about this unit is how dense the hair is at the top of unit behind the closure. This makes it challenging to flatten the part while flat ironing it and makes it look bulky at the top. I honestly think that one less track could've been added to the top of the unit. As result, for this unit its probably better to wear it curly, which can be done with a curling wand.

Communication ok. Hair really pretty, very soft 30days waiting for highlight well worth. Will shop again.
