Love their wigs and service is phenomenal

The quality of the hair I received is great. I was able to bleach the knots and dye the lace without an issue. There's minimal shedding. HOWEVER, this wig was not the wig I selected as advertised. I purchased the charming curl wig 20 inches and received a straight haired wig. I was very disappointed with the style as I paid my money specifically for this type of curl. I would've saved 100$ had I known I'd be getting a simple wig with straight hair.

I was surprised with how quickly the unit arrived. The packaging was very nice and the actual unit was exactly what was represented online. The only downside was the strong chemical smell, even after washing. Smelled like recently permed hair. Other than that, I love it! No/very little shedding. Will be ordering again soon.

This would be my 4th purchase from Premier lace wigs,I must say am very pleased with the quality except once when I ordered Body wave and it arrived Silky Straight...But the company was willing to resend my actual order but I couldn't wait and I was fine also with the Silky straight. Overall it's my best hair company and will be purchasing long term.

Ordered an in stock wig last minute a week before my daughter's prom based on reviews of shipping time. The wig did not come in time and a back up had to be purchased(which worked out very well). It could have been disastrous.

Love the hair!!! Curls are beautiful. I ordered 150% density; however, to look like the hair the wig shown in the YouTube review video, I would suggest you go up to 180% density.

Love my wig!! I was a little hesitant when I was ordering it I thought the texture would be a little off but it’s so nice and soft! I got 20” And it’s much longer than I thought it would be! The only thing I would say is I wish it was 180% density instead of 150% it’s still full I just wish it was a bit fuller other than that the quality is good.

I LOVE this wig and so does everyone else who sees it on me. It's lightweight and fits my head perfectly. There's minimum shedding but then again I've only worn it for about three days now. Will be back for my monthly review but so far so good. Also, it's not as full as I would like it to be but it works out perfectly. Great job Premierlacewigs!!!

They communicated with me but it took 2 months to get my wigs and they kept promising that they would be sent out soon and it wasn’t until I requested that the order be cancelled that they were miraculously ready and shipped out the next day.

Ok first....customer service was great! I ordered 2 wigs but they accidentally sent me 1....I emailed them and the immediately apologized and I received my other wig in the matter of a couple of days. The wigs I ordered which is the short curly bob, is beautiful!! I will definitely order more wigs from premier lace wigs!!❤️

This hair is everything! So soft and the density is perfect thickness. It curls and straighten well. The pre-plucked lace is a plus. Very satisfied!

Not like the picture or the YouTube review I'm very disappointed it has a very little body and it was shorter than the video.

They could improve alittle with communicating regarding the status of each order placed and the overall processing process but overall they are always a safe bet.
