Good price, found the part I needed, good email updates on status of order, received the part in a timely manner.

Order went good. Only problem is UPS tried to deliver to office on Saturday when no one was at office. Instead of coming back Monday they drove around with package on truck for two days and then took to a UPS store where I had to go to pick up package.

Dyers RV parts website is AWESOME. Easy to use including their search engine. I do some extreme modifications and Dyer's parts website is the first one i go to. I placed my order on Sunday morning, by Monday around lunch time 12 pm (eastern) i got the email notification that my parts are on the way with a tracking number. Fast and easy. Exactly what I expect from a website.

I love this company had the parts we needed for our 1998 Casita Trailer but the cost of the: Dometic Single Left Hand ONLY Freezer Spring Housing $24.41 Dometic Single Right Hand ONLY Freezer Spring Housing $24.41 with shipping of $10 was a bit expensive for 2 small plastic parts. And mind you the parts did NOT come with the spring which is a separate purchase. Thankfully we didn't need the springs. We are happy with the parts and glad Dyer's had the parts but: Dometic Polar White Freezer Door Flap $104.97 with shipping of $10 was overcharged as well.
