I give Dyers a 5-star rating mainly on effort...I'd give them a 1, maybe 2-star rating on packaging. I ordered an item that was received damaged - hard to say if it was damaged before shipping or during as the box was not visibly damaged. The replacement item arrived in worse shape than the first. This was obviously shipping damage however the item was not packed very well. The third replacement arrived undamaged but only because of sheer luck. The packaging was so-so, the box was partially crushed but managed to make it in one piece. Their customer service was very friendly and helpful and turn-around shipping was very, very fast. I would order from them again.
