Right part, right price, quick shipping

I ordered a wifi antenna from them, I placed my order and received a confirmation #. 3 days later my money is still on hold from them an I hadn't received my shipping info. I reached out to them by email to be told my ordered was cancelled because of a fraud alert because my billing address and shipping address was not the same. 1st of all release my money in that case, 2nd when was I going to be notified of this, 3rd why give the option to have your order shipped to a different address than billing if that flags orders for fraud. A big headache.

I purchased flat RV roof vent cover from Dyers to replace my dome vent cover on my 7350 Fan-tastic vent fan. After receiving the new flat cover I discovered the plate that the lift arm connects to is different on the float covers. I called Dyers and they referred me to the manufacturer, Dometic. I called and talked to tech support, and the woman knew exactly what was wrong, she said I need a lift arm for a flat cover, the attachment wheel at the end of the lift arm is on the opposite side of the arm for flat covers, they are sending me one for free. This all took about 10 minutes, now that is service!!! Joey
