My car ( jaguar xf ) recently threw up a DEF fault and after getting in contact with Paul at the A690 service centre said he could book me in within 14 days as they were very busy, i explained that i had a long trip to the midlands within the week. He phoned me back shortly after and managed to get me in within the week to my great appreciation. Car was sorted within the day and i'm good to go. Once again a first class sevice from the gang at the A690 service centre, really appreciate the level of service i have been given. Forget the main dealers these are the guys to go to.

Great customer service, Allan dealt with me from start to finish in finding my dream car, lovely to deal with, not pushy at all, even checks up on me to make sure I’m still enjoying the car. I had a couple of little issues with the car afterwards which were dealt with straight away, unlike some garages I’ve been to and just wash your hands of you as soon as you’ve left the forecourt. I enquired about Discovery Sport advertisied. A690 contacted me and I found their salesman informative and very helpful. As I lived 4hrs from their showroom I was sent a personal video of the vehicle. This helped towards me travelling and purchasing the vehicle. The whole experience was excellent and staff were helpful to all contacts that I had. From start to finish.

Went to have a look at a bmw m4 which at the time I was unsure if it was the right car for me. Joseph was extremely helpful, did not make me feel pressured, answered all my questions and give me some good advice. After taking sometime to decide, I bought the car. Joseph made sure everything was sorted on the car that needed to be, kept me update with everything that was happening, it was a very smooth process. Overall I’m really happy with the car and the excellent service from Joseph and the rest of the team.

Customer service from Gareth was second to none. Felt at ease in the car I was buying. Few minor things which needed sorting which were done to the highest level possible. Overall drove away happier than I’ve ever felt buying a car. Down to the level of vehicle and level of customer service recieved

Bought An A8 that they had in for a little while, Bought blind as i put trust in a garage that i thought was reputable, well to my expense that wont be happening again! Two weeks to prep the car they had. If washing is preparing then they get an A+ for that at least. Paperwork wasnt complete on collection, car was due a service and brake fluid, Neither were done! So back went my car some 100 mile round trip (diesel not even replenished) i was left with a discovery sport, 15 miles of range in diesel and ad blu warnings flashing all over the dash. Luckily i had to tax my other sorn car and use that! More expense! Tyres were under what i was told and out of shape! Wheel bearings front, rumbling Brakes Front, incorrect parts had been fitted causing vibration and noise. In the garages defence they refunded me a grand total of £60 for a cabin filter and air filter i had to fit! So some 25 days later it has cost me £479 for two tyres and tracking as that was out, £272 for discs and pads and £95 for wheel bearings. "Car must have had a warranty" i here you ask, yeah an alleged 3 month one. NOT WORTH A HAM SHANK" I so look forward to the next time i drive the car to see what else is fxxked on it! For this oh so satisfying privilege i paid the sum of £20750, very funny i know. I mean who buys a car for that amount blind with trust. That would be me! Never again Just an add on in relation to the reply by 690 specialist cars, Clearly the car wasn't road tested prior the sale and also a proper pdi done, The receipts and reports don't lie Neil. Its exactly the defamatory remarks that i expected to be quite honest. Proof will follow just so we are clear. If you are so proud of selling said car please feel free to reimburse me and have it back, I wont charge you for the work carried out and il rectify the review to boot!

I am really pleased with my experience. Harvey kept up to date throughout the whole process. Smooth transition from start to finish. Very easy to communicate with, knowledgeable and poilte. Everything was explained well. Due to distance travelled by myself by train, Harvey offered to collect me from the train station which was helpful. Very happy with my vehicle purchase and would definately come back again in the near future.
